    Packing:When unboxing, the product seems to be in a state of shambles!No top cushioning pad/foam/cardboard.If I wasn't careful, I could have easily have scratched the chafing dish which lay just beneath the box flaps.Lots of the cheap styrofoam were broken and the chafing dishes were dented in many places!Fuel containers:One of the small boxes containing the fuel containers had come apart (not a secure box) and one of the fuel containers was dented round the opening.The lid is too tightly fitted with the bottom dish that holds the fuel. Very difficult to put lid and bottom dish together. The edges are sharp and has that horrible scraping sound when trying to fit them together.By the way, they are also too low for my fuel cans so I can't use them safely. The lid has to sit loosely if they are to be used to snuff out the fire of the fuel. Not secure and unsafe.Chafing dishes:Dented in many places!The inside of one of the dishes also seems to have what seems like a coating that has been scraped off. That's funny, they said it's stainless steel so this shouldn't happen.The freebie tongs and spoons:Bad quality, spoons all scratched up. Found them loose in the bottom of the box, out of the plastic wrappings. Perhaps the cause of some of the dents.I should probably return them.

    Kept food warm and looked good. The underneath framework is a little sharp so may be dangerous to handle or with little ones in reach hence the lack of 5 stars other than that amazing will be buying more

    Don't waste your money on this cheap tin it's slightly thicker than foil dishes. After one years use there are holes appearing.
