Managed to secure this refurbished console on prime day deals through Bolo payment plan. Could not be happier. £70 each month over 5 months at no extra cost. You are only charged the first £70 on dispatch not the full amount of the payment if anybody else is eligible for the offer. Console came in full boxed condition. Brand new controller, no marks or signs of use on the console itself. Setup and works like a dream. Perfect upgrade from my series s. Would recommend a refurb over brand new as I managed to bag this for £350 instead of £450.

I will prefix this review by saying that I own many consoles - in fact, I now own a PS5, a Nintendo Switch and now an Xbox Series X - so each console from this current generation.And the console that I use the most? This one. Why? It's simple really;1. GamePass - it's a game changer, netflix for gaming. I just can pick up and play a game, and don't care if I don't like it or not.2. The controller. Yes, the PS5 controller has fancy triggers and fancy rumble, and it is quite comfortable. But it goes flat *all* the time. The battery is terrible. Hardly anything uses the touchpad, or the fancy triggers, or any other stuff they've put into differentiate it.The Xbox controller is grippy, comfortable (really really comfortable) and you forget you are using it. And batteries last ages - whereas my PS5 controller is constantly on charge.3. Games are cheaper on Xbox that on PS54. Media software. iPlayer, Plex, Netflix etc - all work better on the Xbox, and they work with my universal remote control - so we don't have the weirdness of using a gaming controller to navigate Netflix.Look, if you want the Playstation exclusives, get the Playstation, you'll enjoy it. If you want to play cross platform, get the Xbox.Get both if you can afford it, and I suspect, like myself, you'll be using this one more.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to play it and i was happy i got a good deal on it cause when i saw it look brand new and i was like too good to be true but it doesn’t even work when i turn it on just turns off i even tried a different cable and it still does it

Wow..bought as a second machine... what an incredible price... the item is immaculate .. cables and controller all look brand new ...the box is they only way you'd know its a reconditioned unit. It's unbelievable how good it is. Hopefully the photos help some people out to see how great this is.

Unit arrived as new, packaged as new, flawless. If I didn't know I'd ordered a refurb, I would never have known it. Great value and no good reason to spend any more on a new one, this is practically exactly the same thing. Warranty included. Highly recommend.

Our son is over the moon with his XBox.We were over the moon with the price.Plus we get to be a little green by getting a factory refurbished item.Ooh and there is absolutely no difference between this and an un refurbished XBox.Less waste in the world, Happy son and happy parents, everyone is a winner.
