Research shows we absorb tablets (percentage wise) the least...with a sliding scale based on our age.The percentage improves with capsules but gets seriously better when we consume things STRAIGHT INTO THE BLOOD through skin, under the tongue etc.Trials have shown we absorb as much has 96-98% when we do liquids...avoiding the digestive process. I have slowly gone over to liquids/drops and blown away by the benefits. I have just started these Vitamin B complex drops and after just TWO DOSES, I noticed my stress levels improved. My general nerves calmed down and I was less gittery. My energy improved and a background nausea went away! I have always known the importance of all the B Vitamins and the role they play in our overall health. I did get some benefit from the B vit tablets I used to take but not enough! I took this liquid B twice per day for the first bottle (15 drops/1 ml) under the tongue for about 20 seconds. It does smell a little yeasty but when you actually take it,,,you get just a very pleasant orange flavour. I had and continue to reap the benefits of liquid Vitamin C. I ALREADY TAKE ANY HERBS I NEED in liquid form, in a glycerine base (absorbed much better than alcohol based) and my health picture has improved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND * * * * *

This really seems to be working as I definitely have more energy. It took a few days to get used to the taste. My only concern is that it’s advertised as being 60 servings and after using it as described, after only one week and seeing how quickly the level is dropping, I cannot see this lasting for a month, never mind two months 😳

They seem to be doing their job and I like the liquid form.The taste won't be to everybody's liking but they're vitamins in liquid form and you can't expect them to taste like a chocolate milkshake!Saves large capsules getting stuck in the throat...yes NEWS FLASH, I've come across people who have trouble swallowing capsules, or food items...it's called dysphagia...look it up!This is a good way of having all the B vitamin complex, plus it is liposomal, so better absorbed by the body.

I like the taste. However, I do realise now that although the ingredients say ''natural flavours'' they really should say what natural flavours they are as I am allergic to orange peel. Whilst I can eat oranges the fruit okay it's the peel that I am allergic to when it is ingested. Whether it's inhaled as a spray (causes asthma) or eaten in a food item or in this case vitamin drops (my skin gets inflamed to red, from head to toe. I become increasingly hot & itchy & burning. I am also aware that orange peel is a natural inflammatory. Therefore, there should be an allergy warning on this or any product that says natural flavours or colours plus the true ingredients on the label.

Trying to get anything in the dropper is a pain .... fills halfway - if you're lucky ... just really messy. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Empecé tomando solo 7 gotas, la mitad de lo recomendado, y a las 24 horas estaba mareado, algo confuso, piernas débiles y algo de dificultad para respirar. Ya me ha pasado esto tomando otras marcas de complejo B en pastillas y por eso me decidí a tomar el complejo B en líquido, con este producto, pero veo que sigo igual. Debo de tener alergia a alguno de los componentes.

Ich gebe es meinen Kindern. Es schmeckt sehr gut. Als Öl kann der Körper außerdem die Vitamine besser aufnehmen und ist gut verträglich. Es hilft bei uns wenn es seht stressig ist. Bei Schlafmangel, schlechter Laune und bei kleineren Infekten. Ich habe es mit vielen anderen Präparaten verglichen und das ist für mich das Beste bei uns in der Familie geht es nie aus. Meine Freunde habe ich auch schon damit angesteckt. Würde es jedem empfehlen und werde es weiterhin kaufen.Wer sich und seiner Familie was Gutes tun will holt sich diese Tropfen nach Hause.

Difícil de tomar
Pese a que no he podido todavía ver resultados en los análisis por el poco tiempo de consumo se me hace muy difícil de tomar, es mucho más grumoso espeso denso y fuerte que otros similares
