I was bit concerned about my health and decided to try this turmeric curcumin supplement with high potency turmeric and added black pepper. I had heard about the potential health benefits of turmeric but wasn't sure if it would really make a difference. After taking this supplement for a few weeks now, I have noticed some positive effects but also some drawbacks to consider.On the plus side, I do feel like it has helped reduce minor aches and pains. I have mild knee arthritis and feel like the turmeric has taken the edge off the discomfort. It's not a dramatic change but it seems to be subtly helping. I also seem to have a bit more energy and almost an overall sense of better wellbeing. Knowing that I'm getting a potent daily dose of curcumin, as well as added vitamin D3 and C, gives me peace of mind that I'm doing something good for my health. The capsules are easy to swallow.On the negative side, this is a pretty high dose of turmeric so I have experienced some mild stomach upset if I don't take it with food. The pepper is added to help absorption but it can cause slight GI discomfort for sensitive individuals. Also, the price is on the high side, so I'm not sure it's something I'd take daily long-term. While it does seem helpful, I'm not convinced the benefits are profound enough to justify an ongoing cost.Overall, this turmeric curcumin supplement seems to provide some advantageous health effects, especially for joints, energy and immunity. But the high potency and cost should be weighed as potential downsides as well. If you are looking to add an anti-inflammatory boost and don't have sensitivities to turmeric or pepper, this could be a good option to try. Just monitor how you feel individually and adjust as needed. For me, it has been a helpful addition to my daily wellness regimen with noticeable but mild benefits. I will continue with this product as overall it has a positive impact on my health.

Apparently, Bolo’s community guidelines do not now allow me to report on my personal experience regarding the efficacy or health effects of products. Therefore, unfortunately, I can not comment on these aspects in this review.Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these Turmeric capsules from SS Sport and am likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

The health benefits of turmeric are well known and I have been using supplements for a long time and it is something that I looked closely into when I first started using them. So I have some reasonable knowledge on the subject.I have taken Turmeric for many years for my general wellbeing. So I have a reasonable understanding of value in terms of quantity and dosage.You get a bottle of 60 capsules. The capsules contain 400 mg cur curcumin and they suggests 1 capsules per day .The recommended daily dose is around 500 mg a day , so these are not too far off. So this jar could potentially last 2 months.I found the capsules are the standard size capsules, and were easy to swallow and they went down ok.I have had no adverse effects.PROS:Manufactured in the UKContain both turmeric of which 95% curcumin which is important as curcumin is the important factor.The turmeric capsules offer a 400 mg amount so a reasonable daily dosage for me.They have Black pepper that aid absorption into the body.Easy to swallow.They have a long ‘Best before’ date of 08/2025CONS:I states they contain ginger root on the advert but I couldn’t find it listed on the label.In summary.These are fairly decent price for 2 months supply ( £9. 95 at the time of the review), although I have reviewed cheaper ones with the same or higher dosage and ingredients.

Turmeric is a natural product that has amazing properties and will lead to many health benefits for pretty much anybody if taken regularly, either by cooking with it or in supplement form like this..This particular supplement has some other tricks up its sleeve, such as vitamin D, vitamin C and black pepper - like having the avengers of ingredients in a single bottle!For less than £10 you get a two month supply which isn't a lot of money is it? Highly recommend this supplement!

In all fairness, this clearly states both in the listing and on the product itself that it's not intended to cure, prevent, diagnose or treat any diseases. But the placebo effect is strong with some people, it would seem, and I am not one of them. I've tried a few other turmeric products in the vain hope that this allegedly magical substance will ease my many aches and pains...sadly not. And this one is no different.The capsules are pretty big but easy enough to swallow - mine came covered in powdered turmeric, so goodbye white vest top. You get 2 months' supply and that, at least, is good value for money. There is also no discernible aftertaste.I just don't get any benefit from it and those praising this product seem to also take other medications and supplements and have generally made lifestyle improvements, so it's hardly proper test conditions. Maybe for those with arthritis in certain areas, it's really, really good; my arthritic knee does not agree, but then again I suppose everyone is different and it's bound to affect people differently.It just feels a bit like one of those "this many people can't be wrong" scenarios. Like the inexplicably positive opinions of the Spice Girls, back in the day.Sometimes, just sometimes, "this many people" can indeed be wrong.And the Spice Girls were horrendous, by the way.
