6 x 220g pouches. Excellent value. This tastes so nice for a different ingredient to a meal. I had mine with chicken breast and sweetcorn. The rice does contain bits and pieces of corn. Not a lot of chicken, I reckon it is a flavour rather than the real thing However saying that, it is very tasty and I am pleased with it
