    I really loved the chocolate flavored one the most the strawberry is a little overly sweet, they didn’t really fill me up all that much, but I did lose weight not sure if that’s down to the shakes or down to my diet, you definitely need a bottle for these and not make them in a glass like I originally did, I tried to mix it up with a fork but that did not dissolve all the powder, think of trying to make a cuppa soup with cold water that’s the way this is, it’s definitely got to be shaken to rectify this I bought a drink bottle for shakes so I could shake it up, they’re still little bits of undissolved powder but it’s still drinkable, I found what helped the most was to shake it up really well, then let it sit for 5-10 mins then shake it up again and that gives the smoothest texture.

    I like slimfast powered as it has helped reduce weight as long as you stick to an 800 cal evening meal. I've since found it cheaper in the shops though

    I need to go on a liver reducing diet and Slimfast seemed the easiest option. Of the ones I have tasted....Cappuccino best, then Chocolate (mixed with banana or strawberry), then plain strawberry, plain banana, with the blueberry taking the lowest position (tasteless). Easy to measure, easy to make (I use a blender), and (apart from the Blueberry), very tasty. Same review will also appear on the other ones I have purchased.

    Arrived with one of the containers cracked open and had the powder spill everywhere in the box but not a big issue. Still tasty flavours and surprisingly filling with some fruit as a snack. Pretty much tastes like a milkshake that's been foamed up a bit (if you shake it with a bottle it does that)
