    This product is perfect. The little stream that comes out of the top (that has 2 different attachments so you can choose which one your feline friend will prefer) has just the right amount of power to create a nice little flow of water.The bowl has a very large capacity that could potentially provide enough water for up to (I daresay) around 10 cats on the daily, with some water left.The motor is relatively quiet, just a very quiet hum, which is not bad at all.The little LED blue light that is in the bowl means that it is easy to see and makes it possible to see the water level left in the bowl.The bowl itself is very stylish. Not like one of the car fountains with the garish and cheap looking flower on the top. This one has clearly very much been designed with style and appearance in mind.Overall, excellent product. Would highly recommend.

    Very impressed. Delivery was quicker than expected. When I first received the package, I was dubious because it was much lighter than expected. This made me think it wasn't well made, however I was soon proven wrong.The instructions for set up were clear and easy to follow. The first thing I noticed that I liked was the length of the USB. I have no avaliable plugs close to floor level but that was not an issue. The USB lead was long enough to reach my counter top without being completely stretched and awkward.Once set up, my cats were curious and very soon started drinking from it. This brings me to the second feature I like. Its very quiet. I can hardly hear the water flowing. The slight flow I can hear is actually quite soothing.The size of the product is nice, not too big but big enough for both my cats to drink from for a few days. I am quite interested to see how much electricity this will cost us, however. I'm hoping not much.Overall, very happy with the product.

    Cat’s really like to drink from this water fountain! Very quiet when running and easy to clean and maintain. We had an issue with the pump stopping after switching off for a couple of days, however after contacting customer support they resolved the issue straight away (thank you Donna!). If this happens (flashing blue light and pump not working) simply remove the pump and give it a gentle shake to clear the air lock and replace.

    Seemed like a good product to begin with and the cats got used to it quite quickly. Unfortunately the pump died shortly after the return window! I've seen other reviews suggesting only filling it half way so there's less back pressure on the pump, but I don't see that extending it's life for a significant time.

    Pumps works great and is nice and quiet, even provides night light (might help not kicking it over in darkness).So far, the only problem is the cat (I haven't seen it drink from it at all.)
