This watch winder looks great, it's designed exactly like some high end winders (great quality faux ostrich leather effect, precise stitching, velvet interior). I bought it as a gift, so I tested it by plugging it in to see if it's working. So far so good - silent motor rotates for 2 minutes, stops for 6 and repeats, but will see how it goes in a long run. The packaging is very secure, clear instruction leaflets inside and there is a watch polishing cloth included too, so overall, brilliant value for money.

I bought this for myself primarily, as my Rolex stops if not worn regularly. It didn't work and the watch had stopped during the night. I therefore asked my wife to try it with hers and the same happened. Both watches are genuine Rolexes otherwise I may have hesitated with a poor review. I'm returning for refund sadly.

It doesn’t provide sufficient impetus to wind an automatic watch, in my experience. I was looking for a device to keep an automatic watch wound and running indefinitely, but this one does not do the job at all. The watch winds down and stops over a couple of days.
