Very comfortable earphone. Does not have a zero latency mic "sidetone" or confidence bleed back into the headphones so you only hear the remote audio, not yourself talking. OK for simple telephony-related use but not suitable for gaming, broadcasting or podscasting. An adjustable level zero latency sidetone would make it much better for Zoom calls. This is a pity because the construction would be ideal for sports reporters, podcast controbutors and other markets. I have suggested this to Nuroum but I suspect they don't quite understand the market beyond telephony. Pity, as it's a realy nice headset

Great headset while it worked, then started cutting in and out then was coming up as malfunctioning and completely unusable. Wasn't a cheap headset when I purchased but is now just another piece of rubbish. Can't return as outside window. Won't be buying this brand again.

I purchased this headset as I needed a good noise cancelling mic for my teams calls. Unfortunately the headset I received was defective so returning it. However in fairness to the business I was contacted after I purchased a different headset to arrange a replacement. Giving this 4 stars as the product felt like it was of very good quality and would last a good amount of time. I enjoy the little protective bag it comes in, and when I purchase another one in the future when my other headset breaks, I think it should all be fine given the lovely message I received offering a replacement.

Used for an extended stay in hospital easily switching between phone, tablet and laptop. Used for music/Facebook on mobile, movies etc on the tablet and work on the laptop with teams meetings etc. Also good for calls on the phone.
Clear sound, dark tone, comfortable when not using over-glasses,
+ PositiveGood comfortThe ear cushion is soft and there's a hole in the middle, which it more comfortable compared to those often plastic, which is flat over the entire speaker.SpeakerThe sound is clear, with a low darker tone, making even the Swedish Anna voice in Waze somewhat acceptable. This softens the voices of the one on the other side, however some voices can get too dark and then you need a higher volume to hear properly.Many headset have a more stingy sound, which sometimes can get too loud.This do make some music sound not good enough to listen to, however the dark tone is acceptable to some music and would increase the length that you can listen to the music before you get tired.Some equipment wears you out more than others, which is important, if you take a a lot of calls or listen to music when driving a lot, or have issues with tinnitus.MicrophoneThe Microphone have a very clear sound, which like the speaker, feels like it's a bit darker or at least the playback was darker in it's own speaker. There isn't high pitches and when a very loud air-cleaner on I believe 56 db is on half a meter back or a bit more, it doesn't pick up much noise from it. I can clearly hear in the recording, but the call is still clear, it wouldn't stop the opposite part from hearing me.No noise when touching the cable, sometimes you can hear noises or scratches when people touch the microphone cable or the speaker cable which you later here, this noise tend to often come from people touching the microphone, especially clip-ons.- NegativeThin cableThe cable isn't protected, like many headsets.It would be good if there was an outer layer on the cable, protecting it against wear, being pulled or from being scratched by something.Comfort issues with over-glassesWhen you're using over-glasses like sunglasses or yellow-tinted glasses over your own glasses, then this headset can be pressing the ear and hit the end of these glasses. This will wear you out and later hurt, which require you to switch the ear you wear it on. This happens with many headset, but when the earpad is large, then it becomes worse. This wear/pain/scratched skin can build up so you could need a break from both over-glasses and the headset for while.Overall the sound is good, but I'll likely get another headset with a smaller earpad for when I use over-glasses or get exhausted. Over-glasses sit over your glasses and that means getting thicker edges, which can hurt if you have a large earpad or a headset.If you just use glasses, clip-on glasses or sunglasses without wearing two glasses on once, then here's no comfort issue for at least 1-2 hours.I use these when I drive too, so I would need over-glasses if the sunlight is strong.
