Good quality fluffy for cleaning, brought my windows up a treat, I need to get the hang of the squeegee though as I had a few runs, all in all though it’s easy to put together and works well, ( apart from the user!) good value too so would reccomend

I'm not very pleased with the product. I bought it to clean second floor and it's too short. Adding to that, the piece that makes the foam, it doesn't really work that good.. The other side is good, though.However, I didn't find it convenient at all that you need to remove a head and then put the other one.. It would be way more practical having two different heads so you don't lose time and energy on the swap.I wouldn't buy it again honestly.. I doubt I will use it too much... I was happier with my simple 3€ one with one side the foam and the other the squeegee..

Would not advise buying this product. Purchased at the start of June (less than a month), already rusted. It has stained my new shower tray! Poor quality!

I had initial trouble getting it to unlock but once I had figured it out it was very good. You do need two hands though to open it and a strong thumb to push the holding knob.
Not impressed
The pole is well-built and sturdy, and the quick change between the mop and squeegee heads is handy.However, the mop pads are not well-supported in the middle, and hang/bunch up while cleaning.The outer 1/2" or so of the squeegee doesn't clear the water off, meaning you need to go over edges up close and at different angles to get it all, which is sometime difficult from a distance, defeating the extension pole feature to reach high spots.
amazing product for the price point
Don't laugh... but I bought this squeegee to use on the extra high glass enclosure of my shower. I am too short to reach the top with a conventional shower squeegee and longer handled versions were 2-3 times as expensive. I only use one extension rod. Works perfectly!
