    I like that Healthspan is a well known supplement firm that's been around for a while. These probiotic capsules are well packaged in a card slipcase that fits through the letterbox easily. There's a real quality feel from the packaging. Some manufacturers use gelatine for the capsule, but thankfully Healthspan only use plant products in the packaging of this vegan-friendly, lactose free supplement.The recommended dose is one or two daily with water. I just took one a day and had no ill effects.

    Excellent quality, well packaged probiotic supplements. The best thing about these ones for me is that they are lactose free which really helps me and makes them easy to take.Easy to swallow, no off putting tastes or smells and seem to be helping me feel healthier since I started taking them. My only concern is that they could get quite costly taking them every day so will consider value for money when current pack are done and I need more.

    Well sealed, comes with an outer sleeve, and all details are on the box inside the sleeve. The capsules are in a blister pack and have over a year shelf life. I'm rubbish taking pills with water but this was fine and no horrid smell or taste, in fact no smell or taste, which is great. Just started taken them and i would imagine you'll need to take them for a while before seeing any benefit. There are 60 capsules in the pack and you can take 1 or 2 a day, so at 2 a day it's a months supply and at £14.95 at the moment, that could be a bit pricey, BUT I don't have a comparison price.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es tatsächlich an dieser Ergänzung liegt, aber es hat auf jeden Fall nicht geschadet.Ein kleiner Nachteil: Die Kapseln müssen im Ganzen geschluckt werden und für mich sind sie etwas groß, so dass ich einige Schwierigkeiten hatte, sie einzunehmen.Daher rate ich denjenigen, die Schwierigkeiten haben, große Pillen einzunehmen, davon ab und sich für ein Produkt zu entscheiden, das einfacher einzunehmen ist.Im Übrigen denke ich, dass sie eine wertvolle Hilfe für das Immunsystem sind, insbesondere für Menschen mit Darmproblemen wie Blähungen, schlecht geformtem Stuhl und Blähungen.Eine normale Darmflora unterstützt auch die Aufnahme von Vitaminen und Nährstoffen. Diese Porbiotika wirken in Kombination mit Vitamin B12 recht gut.

    Da ich kürzlich im Vorfeld einer OP Antibiotika nehmen musste und außerdem mein Immunsystem derzeit etwas geschwächt ist, habe ich mir dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel der Marke Healthspan bestellt.Selbstverständlich erwarte ich von so einem Supplement keine Wunder, denn schließlich handelt es sich um kein Medikament, aber eine gewisse Unterstützung meines Immunsystems wird das Präparat wohl leisten, wobei ich an durchaus positive Erfahrungen mit Probiotika in der Vergangenheit denke.Hinzu kommt bei diesem Präparat ergänzend das Vitamin B12, dass ich schon lange regelmäßige ein nehme, weil es die Blutbahnen und das Herz schützt und an Zellteilung und Blutbildung beteiligt ist. Gerade zur Bildung von Blutzellen ist es mir wichtig, weil ich mich derzeit bevorzugt vegetarisch ernähre.Für den derzeitigen Preis von 16,99 € bekommt man eine Packung mit 60 Kapseln.Zusätzlich kann man auf der Produktseite bei Bolo einen erfreulich lange gültigen Coupon über eine Ersparnis von 10 % einlösen.Die Dosierungsempfehlung des Anbieters besagt die tägliche Einnahme von 1 oder 2 Kapseln. Das halte ich für ganz ordentlich und so kommt man auf einen Vorrat von 1-2 Monaten.Insgesamt sehe ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Artikels als ordentlich an und gebe 5 Sterne.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Die Kapseln sind geschmacksneutral und vegan und dadurch auch für Menschen mit speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnissen👍 geeignet. Sie sind leicht zu schlucken und haben keinen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack. Die Kapseln enthalten eine große Menge an hochwertigen Stämme👍, wie Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus paracasei und Vitamin B12, um die Darmgesundheit zu fördern und das Immunsystem zu unterstützen.🔽 Fazit/Preis/Leistung:Ich nehme täglich morgens eine Kapsel auf nüchternen Magen mit Wasser ein, um möglichst gute Bedingungen herzustellen, dass die Bakterien den Magen gut passieren können. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert, da die Kapseln klein und geschmacksneutral👍 sind. In der Vergangenheit habe ich auf Reisen vorbeugend ähnliche Präparate verwendet und war immer zufrieden, da sie lästigen Verdauungsschwierigkeiten🙈 gut vorbeugten. Der Preis👍 ist im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Produkten konkurrenzfähig und ich bevorzuge die Aufbewahrung👍👍👍 in einer Schachtel statt in Flaschen, da das weniger Platz benötigt.
