    Hard to measure the impact but I have been taking these for a while. Gives you a perk in your step and the price is great for the quantity. Easy to swallow and no smell.

    This is the first time I have tried these vitamins. Must be OK as I don't feel any different from taking my previous ones. I think they are good value for money but are a little on the large size. I have to break them in half, very easy to do, in order to make it easier for me to swallow. No nasty smells with these vitamins.

    I've taken multivitamins on and off for several years, but have never felt such an immediate improvement from any others I've tried. It's been a little over a week now of using these, and I feel much more alert, have more energy, and overall feel like I am functioning a lot better (which really does make me wonder just what I was deficient in). Would absolutely recommend these; you only need to take one tablet a day - which is perhaps on the bigger side, but to be expected when it contains everything you need - and the smell/flavour is the same as any other multivitamins. Great price, too. Very happy with my purchase.

    I started taking these after a gastric sleeve procedure ins November 2023. The recommended Forceval tablets are about 3.5x the price for a one month supply. For a lifetime on a multivitamin that's a LOT of money.I tried these for the first 3 months, had a blood test to check my vitamin and minerals levels. All good. I kept on them 3 more months, all my vitamin and minerals levels remain good. Suggests to me these have what they state in an absorbable format for the gut. My blood tests prove the quality is high and they don't cause me any issues with nausea which others have in the past.I will keep taking these, one a day, as the proof is in the blood tests that prove they help keep my vitamin and minerals levels balanced.
