    There was no instructions how to set it either on sensor or permanent. The batteries ran out very quickly and it hasn’t really deterred the cats

    Far too sensitive pretty much went off permanently which didnt really bother me but the neighbours cried about it. Did keep animals at bay though.

    Would not bye again after four or five days the batteries need to be replaced even if you got rechargeable batteries you still have to charge them

    Wasn't sure it this item was going to work. But how wrong was I. Since I put this item in my front garden, I have no problems with dogs or cats pooing in our garden. Batteries seem to last forever, but I do change them every 4 weeks, just to make sure it keeps working. Far better than using a solar item. Highly recommend, value for money and easy to install.

    Had it in the garden and the high pitched noise is very annoying.Went to do a job in the garage, placed the cat deterrent outside,went into the house for 5 minutes and returned and found a cat in the garage.Obviously not very successful deterrent.Save your money.Awaiting reply from seller for a refund.

    I ordered this for my Mum & Dad's garden as they have a persistent issue with cats soiling their lawn.I was a bit sceptical when I opened the box as it didn't look to be anything special & there is no real way to tell that it is working until you put it in place.The unit takes 3 AA batteries & the battery unit is covered by a cover & seal which is held in place by 6 screws so it's a bit laborious to change the batteries but it should be well protected from the weather.When you put the batteries in, the red light indicator is on permanently as it is detecting you & there is a small humming noise but it's not too noticeable. It would be nice if there was an on/off switch so that the device can be turned off until it is put in place. There is an adjustment dial to change the sensitivity but it's not clear which level it should be set at so a bit more information about different animal sensitivity would be helpful.As my Parents front lawn is very small, about 5m x 3m & they are only looking to deter local cats, I set the dial at the lowest detection level & placed the unit on it's spike at low level. I was worried about how long the batteries would last if the light was permanently on but it had gone off by the time I got back inside. This meant that I then had no way of knowing whether the unit was working but it did seem to get the attention of a small dog that was being walked past.There is no way to tell if the batteries go flat until you activate the light so if I was going to get another unit then I would probably look for one with a solar panel to keep the batteries topped up.I can only assume that it is working as there have been no further incidents of cats fowling the lawn since it was installed.

    Prodotto valido, anche se un pò rumoroso sortisce l'effetto desiderato. Finora dopo 11 giorni non abbiamo avuto sorprese...Ora vediamo quanto durano le batterie.
