Well, at first I’d like to say I got impressed by the size and capacity of it. The cooker is ideal for those whom need to have food prepared for several days and also for large families. The appliance is well built and designed. It’s is easy to clean and the use is fairly intuitive as functions are self-explanatory.

I first saw this machine in use when watching Butlers Empire on YouTube and i liked it, having never owned a pressure cooker before and not even knowing what to do, I decided I would add this, I already own a Cosori air fryer and adding this would enable me to do other things. I was a complete novice but have found this relatively easy to get to grips with. You can cook so many things in it. I have made so many dishes in this, rice puddings, lovely bolognese with the spaghetti, curry is cooked in no time, i have also cooked various joints using the slow cooker function as well. I am very happy with my pressure cooker, its very east to clean with the non stick bowl too. Came with a trivet and some tools and also a handy recipe book. Cosori make some very good cookers and they are a bonus in my kitchen.

So much happy with my purchase. I am writing this after 1 week using cosori pressure cooker. Its amazing ..I was skeptical about buying but it turned out amazing.I was using classical dome pressure cooker for years but in last few months I got few terrible accidents as the lid of old pressure cooker brusted. I was in a terrible trauma and I am afraid of whistle voice now. As I listen whistle voice my heart starts palpitating. But I can't survive without pressure cooker in my kitchen can't spent too much time on cooking with not economical too. So I deceided to shoft to electric pressure cooker. I spent a month on research from diffrent videos from youtube, different reviews etc. First I though to buy Instant Dou pressure cooker but there was few concern ...after a long and detailed research I ended up on Cosori 5.7l pressure cooker, which I got on deal. So it was a amazing. I didn't tried too much recepies but did few they are amazing. Amazing thing you can customized you own recepies as I cook asian gravy foods in it. Everything is just perfect. It has a recepie book, spoons, measuring cup, steamer stand and user manual. Above all, no voice pf whistle during cooking. Its very quite.. you can release steam at the end of cooking with steamer velve at diffrent speed you like...I first keep it on slow pressure then bit high...Overall life changing experince with cosori. Highly recommended for those who are skeptical like me and afaraid of old classical pressure cooker. Go ahead and upgrade you life.One thing , 5.7l seems too large at first sight but bowl inside is just perfect for a family of 4-6 ...Thank you Cosori for this revolution.

What used to take an hour and a half in oven, or four hours in slow cooker, now takes fifteen minutes in pressure cooker. Easy to use and clean. Good value.

The media could not be loaded. The Cosori pressure cooker quickly became a kitchen favorite. Easy to use, with a premium build, it delivers delicious meals in a flash. However, during my initial inspection, I discovered a minor blemish: the bottom of the pot, brand new mind you, had a slight trace of rust.While not a deal-breaker, this spot of rust does raise a question about Cosori's quality control. Hopefully, they'll address this in the future.Overall, the Cosori pressure cooker is a great tool. Despite the minor rust issue, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

This is such an amazing cooker. However I have a question, it hasn’t released the pressure automatically yet. How long should I wait for it to release the pressure whilst the cooking is done? I turned the “keep warm” option off however it didn’t release the pressure automatically.
