There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.

    It really was an easy set up and it is comfortable, my only complaint is the seats padding, it is quite solid and not cushioned but I love the chair anyway.

    Purchased this item in April, it was unused for a month so in total it's had a full 4 months full use.First problem the seat was comfortable for all of 3 weeks before the padding failed and it now feels like you're sitting on hard plastic, this for anyone who uses the chair long term will find a very numb bottom after a couple hours sitting in it.Second problem the seat has begun tilting heavily forward making it feel like you're being force out of the seat, no amount of backrest adjusting will counter its severity and its almost impossible to sit in.If you're looking for a long term office chair I recommend looking for a different brand.

    Easy to assemble. Not as comfortable as it looks. Average office chair. 'Massage?' not that great either. But it was cheap, considering.

    I must say that I suffer from lumbar sciatica and I chose this office massage chair for the simple reason that after a few hours sitting I need to relax my muscles. I must say that it meets my expectations, or even more. The seat is wide and pleasant, as are the well-covered and padded armrests. The padding is firm but comfortable, you don't feel the massagers inside, the height is adjustable, as is the backrest 90°c to 135°c, you can lock it in the desired position or leave it free; with the leg rest extended, you can also doze off a bit. There are 5 different types of massage with low or high intensity, you can exclude massage areas and choose the duration of the massage from 15 minutes to 1 hour. The five wheels slide well on the floor. I bought it in blue fabric. I recommend it, excellent value for money. N.B. the chair is shipped disassembled, it takes about twenty minutes to assemble it with an electric screwdriver, explanation included.

    Really easy to set up and start using! Happy with the comfort level, was a little concerned about the reviews on noise but it’s fine, very good price too. No regretsAdding to the post, the seat has started to feel uncomfortable after a few days. I have now resorted to using a memory foam cushion.In future I will avoid any gimmicky office chairs and just go for the type used in large corporate offices

    Great chair very comfy , works great. Looks great , defo worth the money , recliner is safe and sturdy , foot stool could be sturdier but it's OK, love the back support , the only complaint , you have to assemble every part of it and I mean all wheels , wheel arms , plate under chair the lot and instructions are not that clear , but I do love the chair and delivery was quick !
