    These are very expensive but worth every penny , very strong unlike others that rip or snap I can only say I love this set. And would highly recommend

    If you're looking for a set of resistance bands that are a step up from the usual multi-coloured sets these may be what you're after. They have a good range of strengths and are extremely well made. I've been impressed by how well made they are and how strong the attachment points are. All the stitching is very robust and the additional items display a similar degree of robustness.I've found the handles to be very comfortable and the carabiner clips hold very well to the bands when in use. An added bonus is the inclusion of a sheet of typical resistance band exercises for different muscle groups which will be very beneficial for anyone new to using this type of fitness equipment.I find them much better to use than free weights as firstly the weight/resistance is progressively applied and secondly I find them to be much kinder to my tendons and joints. All in all I'm mightily impressed with this set and have been enjoying using them as part of my fitness regime. A slight downside is the rubber smell of the bands but this passes over time and with use.Highly recommended.

    These are very well made and seem good quality, my only complaint is in the first picture they’re displayed as from 35lbs to 85lbsbut they are only 25lbs to 75lbs !

    This piece of kit is very sturdy and have one used this very successfully with PT clients. Included is a bit sheet with lots of exercises on it. No problems so far 👍

    This is by far the best purchase I have ever made online! I had big expectations from this, but now 10 days after using it, I can only say that it is above my initial expectations.Set is very well made, you can feel that it will last and it wont get broken from tension after month or two of using.Regarding variety of excersises that You can do with this, they are endless! I am discovering new ways to use them every day, and also this bands replaced all my dumbells and other home fitness equipment.Thanks to the seller, great purchase!

    What a product, have been advised by my doctor to lift 60kg to loose weight, these resistance bands help me to do this and have seen the benefits within 2 weeks, would advise anyone to use this product and to aim for 60kg, not in one go, but to increase to it using all of the bands, this coming from a 6 way heart bypass patient, who cannot do cardio. Have lost 2 stone since using these bands with no cardio

    The reason I have submitted this review is that it is absolutely impossible to contact the sellers themselves as it's after 30 days. I have searched everywhere to give them an opportunity to send a replacement band. If they see this and contact me I will amend the review.The bands are good and work well, feel sturdy and worth the money. However as you can see they are starting to fray. I bought these July 4th and use the heavy duty 24.9kg one quite often. I stand on them occasionally but mainly use smooth, curved hooks that I have drilled into the walls of my garage. Smooth as a baby's bottom so no chance of snagging.As you can see from the photo's they are starting to fray which I will obviously keep an eye on as the last thing I want is an injury from them snapping.Use this info as you wish. I will see if the contact me to rectify the situation, and update accordingly.
