    These vegan probiotic capsules are a standard size for wellness capsules and should be easy to swallow for most people with water. They contain a good variety of the probiotics Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, which my research on the internet suggests are two of the most effective probiotic species. I was unable to identify any prebiotics in the list of ingredients - these act as a nutrient for the probiotic strains - which many probiotics capsules do. It might be worth being aware of your diet while taking these as I understand prebiotics naturally occur in many vegetables and fruits.The total CFU (colony forming units) is 22.5 billion which is mid range. My current probiotics provide around 50 billion which may be a little over the top and my internet research suggests 30 billion is a number to aim for.My current probiotic, the one recommended by my gastric surgeon, works out at around £1.50 per day. At the current price of £8.99 for a months supply (30 capsules) this will be a substantial saving if these probiotics prove to be effective. However, because it can take a while for probiotics to take effect, I will not know if these are a good substitute for my present probiotic for some time. I will come back to this review to update it if they prove to be a disappointment, but even then I guess the complexities of the biological systems will mean that change may be due to a number of factors!There are a range of other probiotics available on the Bolo site, some of which have a larger number of strains and higher CFUs, and some lower. Similarly there are more and less expensive options. While most contain a range of Lactobacilus and Bifidobacterium strains each has its own unique makeup of ingredients - this one contains a total of 22 different strains for example.As I do not yet know about the effectiveness of these capsules, giving a rating is difficult. I will give an initial 4 stars to reflect my understanding of the ingredients and cost and, as I say I will come back to this review to edit it if my experience of them is not positive.

    I have been taking these for a few weeks now with good results. I am less bloated and feel more comfortable, easy to swallow capsules with no taste or aftertaste. Happy to recommend.

    I ordered this package of Probiotics from the maker sterling which has its head office and manufacturing in the UK. The pack contains 30 capsules with a recommended intake of one capsule per day, so approx one months' supply. The package can be stored at room temperature, and has a a best before date of June 2026. the package states that it will contain a minimum of 22.5m live cultures until the end of its shelf life. It also states that it should be consumed by adults only, that is, 18+.One thing that stands this supplement out from the rest is the sheer number and range of different bio cultures included. With 22 different strains, each with its own profile, there is a lot of homework to be done about the reported role of each. I noticed that this pack contain the common probiotics as well as many less well known ones, as well as other that people specifically look out for such as Lactobillus Reuteri and Bifido Bacterium.I've only just started taking the supplement so I can speak for effectiveness but from what I've consumed I've had no ill effects. Five stars.

    This supplement contains thirty capsules, so if you were to take one capsule a day, they would last you for a whole month. The information on the packet suggests taking a single capsule daily; however, the product description recommends two a day. I’ll stick with one a day for now and see how I go.The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste, so I am happy to take them.I am also happy with the quality of the capsules and that they are vegan-friendly and free from synthetic fillers.I haven’t noticed any effects yet, either positive or negative, but I will update the review in the future if I have anything to report.

    These tablets have a comprehensive list of beneficial probiotics and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.The confusing thing is on the packet it is recommended to take 1. On the website description it says 2 a day. I went with the packet which makes these good value for moneyIf it is 2 a day then it is not good value - listing needs clarification

    Just finished taking another brand of Probiotics, and the difference in my git was day and night. Hope these ones do the same or better. Small difference so far is that this ones are only one tablet a day. instead of the previous 3 I was taking from the different brand. Looking forward

    These probiotics come in a re-sealable, relatively large pouch approximately 20 x 15 cm. This means that it easily fits through the letterbox and is comparatively lightweight to transport compared to a bottle / jar, but I would have been happier if it was much smaller (it is still plastic, after all). I couldn't detect a smell or taste and were easy to swallow with water. They seem to offer a good range of probiotics and I like that one capsule is one dose (rather than multiple capsules which makes working out the cost per dose not immediately obvious).
