I'm usually a lighter maple syrup consumer and tend to stray away from darker syrups, but the flavour of this syrup may have changed my preference. It's very sweet and rich, the richest maple syrup I've ever tasted. It works great on pancakes, waffles, coffee, cooking, and baking - it's very versatile. Moreover, it's much healthier than refined white sugar, as it has a lower glycemic rating. Recommended.
