    The 6.45 price for 4 months use is fantastic and surely biotin works for my hair but even if I know that it is well tolerated I find a 20000% daily dose a bit too much and personally chop them in half ( & last 8 months :0 )

    Great Value for money! There is a lot of biotin so if you need a hose dose this is perfect. I take biotin for my hair and nails and I can definitely see an improvement. My nails break a lot less and my hair are shinier.
