I work night shifts and tend to feel dehydrated on them. This helps and I think is good value for money compared to the tablets. The taste is kind of bitter but in a pleasant way.

I started using this brand after summer 2023, started with the lemon one and then moved on to mango, I enjoy them and they are sweet and tasteful, they can taste quite bitter but it’s manageable and you forget about it after several uses. I definitely feel the difference when I use this versus not using it, I take mine when I wake up and it definitely prepares me for my day better than without taking it. My only concern is that when I started buying this it was £26 and now it’s £40, that’s enough of a price hike to make me look elsewhere.

The taste is absolutely awful, and I couldn’t even finish my first glass. It's so bad that I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, no matter how badly they need electrolytes. I’ve tried other brands, and this one is by far the worst in terms of flavor. Total waste of money.

I exercise a lot and use electrolytes many times a week. I am familiar with High5, NuuN, SiS etc so can offer a reasonable comparison.Good value for the amount of product nicely packaged and includes a little measuring scoop.The taste of this product is strong, a bit overwhelming when you are exercising but that could be my personal taste.My biggest issue is that it doesn't dissolve fully in water. There is lots of residue and small bits of product that just won't dissolve. I am concerned that if it hasn't dissolved then you aren't taking it onboard. So the claimed nutritional benefits can't be accurate.I wouldn't buy again.

I have some unflavoured electrolytes (by another company), but don’t really like the salty taste, so I tried this one, it is good value and the taste is acceptable, fresher and more lemony than expected.I have only two concerns, one is I think there is too many unnecessary ingredients, and the other is that even after mixing and shaking well in a bottle of water a lot of white granules are left behind that haven’t dissolved.I have now started making a lemon jelly with it which is really nice and refreshing, and a nicer way I found to get my electrolytes and some extra collagen and glycine as well.You make the jelly as you would normally with gelatine (beef or vegan) add hot water, a scoop of electrolytes and mix well.I mix a tablespoon of pure grass fed beef organic gelatine with some cold water (about 2ozs) to ‘bloom’ for a while, then add 16 ozs boiling water, stir until dissolved, let it cool down a bit, than add a scoop of electrolytes, stir well, when cool enough stick in fridge to set, plus there is no white residue this way, it all dissolves, I also bought a cheap ice cream maker to make my own ice cream with double cream, eggs and a scoop of organic vanilla flavoured protein powder…..lovely.I am currently doing Ketovore to try and heal from serious auto immune conditions and my diet has been severely restricted so being able to treat myself to jelly and ice cream without the guilt is wonderful, and as my bowl of lemon jelly is just filtered water, natural collagen, and my daily scoop of electrolytes, I can eat the whole bowl throughout the day (I do go easier on the ice cream though!)

I bought the orange flavour when it was on offer at half price. It's very tasty. Tastes just like orange cordial. I'm not sure what measurements we're supposed to use but I used one scoop for a litre of water and it was still a strong taste. I may split the scoop between two 1 litre bottles. No residue left in the bottle once finished.My only gripe is the price when not on discount. You do get 20% off voucher on the lid so that's something I guess. I certainly won't be paying £40 for it.
Great substitute for Gatorade/Powerade, good for keto etc
This beverage is truly awesome for dehydration, rehydrating after a workout or a hot day. It’s also super handy if you are fasting or intermittent fasting, it will get you through the day. Somehow, even without any sugar or calories, it provides a huge burst of energy. Way way more than just drinking water alone. If you have digestive issues, this can help keep you going when you are unable to eat, or eat much. It is also good to sip when you are nauseous, or when you are sick or have an upset tummy.So far we have tried every single flavor except for two of the newest ones: the pineapple coconut and the blueberry lemon. So our verdict on those flavors is TBD.All the flavors are good EXCEPT watermelon. I’m not sure why, but it was undrinkable! It wasn’t like hmm okay well we just won’t buy this one again, it was like, we are never going to drink this again, so let’s just throw the rest away. It was THAT bad. Not only did it not taste of watermelon, it just tasted gross! So strange. We were not expecting that.However, blue raspberry, red raspberry, cherry-pom, strawberry kiwi, orange (my husband favorite, reminiscent of orange soda that kids drink), grape, passionfruit, peach mango all taste good. I can’t pick a favorite: I like blue raspberry, red raspberry, peach mango, grape, and cherry-pom equally. Strawberry kiwi (pretty good but not super strong flavored) and passionfruit (it may be that I just don’t love the actual taste of passionfruit that much) were just fine, but not the best flavors of the bunch, IMO. I personally didn’t LOVE the orange- it’s not bad, I just didn’t love that flavor like my husband does.Kids seem to like most of the flavors we’ve given them.The lemonade flavor does not taste like lemonade, it tastes like a yellow Gatorade/Powerade, just a heads up.Note to the manufacturer: please provide 20 and/or 40 packs of all the flavors so we can try them without committing to a large tub. Also consider allowing consumers to create their own variety packs with whichever flavors they choose.

Ich betreibe viel Sport und kriege trotz gesunder Ernährung und regelmäßiger Magnesiumeinnahme häufig Krämpfe.Nachdem ich mich belesen habe bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen und habe seit der Einnahme keine Krämpfe mehr. Geschmacklich, wie andere bereits geschrieben habe, recht süß.Daher nehme ich es mit 1-1.5 L im Laufe des Tages ein.
Got poisoned
I took it twice for only for one day and I went to the emergency room as I was throwing up and couldn’t eat/drink anything with a pain in my whole body and fever. I didn’t think it was from the electrolytes but my husband tried a couple of sips and he got a very bad stomachache. We gave it to a friend to try it and he got the same symptoms. Horrible product and it has a terrible metal taste.

Pros: sin azúcar ni edulcorantes y con otras vitaminas y minerales. Te ahorras muchas botellas de electrolito normal.Quito una estrella porque La sensación de hidratación es menor que la de un electrolito comercial. El sabor tiende a medicina y el colorante es intenso. Tiñe la orina. El consumo constante es lo que me mantiene hidratada. No para deshidratación fuerte.
LOVE IT
This is my second tub and I don't think I can imagine doing without it ever again. I literally felt the difference in my energy and my focus the day I started taking this. I have tried a few 'healthy', sugar free powders in the past but this one is hands down the best I have ever tried. The extra vitamins & minerals is what I believe make the biggest difference.. I can just feel my body absorbing them so much more efficiently then taking a tablet or capsule. The effects, for me, are instant. I pop one scoop in my 1lt water bottle and sip on it whilst I'm at the gym for an extra boost whilst resistance training or straight after a sweaty cardio session to replenish lost electrolytes. It has made a huge difference to my workouts, my energy, my resilience, my springiness and my recovery. I feel the boost even more on the days that I'm needing more energy for simple everday tasks. I love the lemon flavour. You don't taste anything else but lemon slice.. yum! It may be a tad pricey compared to some other great powders out there but for me nothing compares so far, and besides, one scoop a day lasts me 3 months! Totally worth it and beyond comparison.
