I started using RenaSan Probiotic+ nearly 3 weeks ago and am very pleased with the results. We have two springers and one sprocker and they are all enjoying it. Our older springer (11yrs) has always had a tendency to be a bit loose at times but this has definitely improved. She also has the unpleasant trait of eating horse, dog and cat poo and the odd bit of deer carcass but I feel happier that the RenaSan is helping her digestive system to cope with this. I would definitely recommend it and will now be using it all the time. Also, an added bonus - it is very good value for money too.

I ordered this as a substitute for the usual fibre supplement I would buy as that one was out of stock. I was apprehensive to switch at first but this certainly does the job! Scooting has been nonexistent and her glands have remained healthy (no more smelly odours!)It is rather messy though - it tends to stick to the bottom of the food bowl and can need a soak for it to come off sometimes.

I wouldn't recommend this product as my dog had an upset tummy on it. I use the pro fibre which I find better but every dog is different. What suits one doesn't suit another

Very fine powder would be ok on a meat diet. When used with biscuits it sticks to bottom of feeding bowl so the dog doesn't get full benefit. We tried it because profibre went up dramatically in price. Gone back to using profibre dog has returned to proper poos.

Pup has a tendency to eat his poops if they are runnier, so this not only helps to keep his tummy in check, but pup is less likely to eat the poop when he has this on his meals! I use something similar with our cats if they have a runny tummy, and these products do seem to actually work, and this one is a good price!

I have a 14kg Keeshond (admittedly, he needs to go on a diet..!) who has a very sensitive stomach. He can't have chicken and is very sensitive to a lot of proteins, and often when he gets a bad stomach he gets it really badly. And if you don't read any more, I will just say - this is such good value for what it is, and my boy is doing well on it.I've been trying to find a reasonably priced, trusted probiotic product for dogs that I can trust and continue giving to him. This seems to have hit the mark - and I'm being honest about that.The brand is UK-based, which lured me to them, and I could find information about them online which helped me decide it was good to give it to him. Supposedly they are trusted by vets too, which is a plus, and conform to UK standards which makes me (relatively) confident in the ingredients and process.Looking at the ingredients, it seems relatively standard for what you'd expect in this sort of thing. Psyllium husks to aid with digestion and keep things bulky, carrot powder for fiber, inulin as a prebiotic and lots of good bacterium added with some beef flavouring (no poultry as far as I can see).It's provided in a handy little tub with a small scoop. My boy is under 15kg so he has a scoop with his afternoon meal every day, and has had no stomach upsets since starting and hasn't acted out of sorts - and he definitely lets on if he has a bad stomach.He's had no (touch wood) episodes of gastritis since taking this and it seems to be doing him quite well with more solid stools. He doesn't notice it in his food and it's easy and convenient to add, and given it will last about 6 months it's an absolute bargain!Super pleased with this and this is my go-to tummy supplement from my boy from now on.
