    This plastic water bottle called ‘The Quencher’ by Kichna was delivered in a nicely designed branded cardboard box and arrived in good condition without any scuff marks. The bottle comes in a selection of different colours and I chose the powder blue but it is also available in blush pink, onyx black and pistachio green. The bottle has a good capacity of 700ml so lasts a good amount of time and measures 7.5cm in diameter at the base, 5.5cm in diameter at the top and has a height of 17cm.The water bottle is made from polypropene which feels very sturdy in its construction and is BPA free. The outer surface has a smooth finish which is easy to grip and there is the Kichna logo on the front of the bottle in silver. The lid is lockable with the sliding switch on the side and can easily be opened with the push button when unlocked. The lid also has a silicone seal helping it stay leak proof. The water bottle has an ergonomic carry handle and is both lightweight and easy to grip.The elements of the bottle are easy to clean but it isn’t dishwasher or microwave safe which is worth bearing in mind. I’ve used mine for water with chunks of fruit and ice in (very easy to put in due to the wide opening) and it also fits in my car’s cup holder with ease. Priced at £9.99 at the time of reviewing, it is a good quality water bottle for the price and is very aesthetic. I think that this is a nice bottle option and since I have tested a few other products in their range I can definitely recommended this brand.

    Definitely do not recommend!! I nearly lost my computer that was in my bag (luckily in its own pouch that saved it). The first time it happened (I opened my bag and half of the water had come out), I thought I hadn’t closed it properly. But then it happened again when I know that I had closed it and locked it. This is a very dangerous water bottle to own if you keep it next to precious items! I reverted to a standard screw top bottle that you open and close normally - a lot safer than this one.

    This is a useful and leak-free water bottle, thanks to its double lock.As well as shutting the lid to lock it, there is a slide deadlock to prevent the lid opening accidentally.However, this lock is a little stiff, which can be a bit annoying.Overall, a nice-sized water bottle with a slim profile that makes it easy to pop in any bag. But the lock function could be a little easier to use.

    I have no complaints with this bottle - I appreciate the rubber handle which makes carrying this bottle easier and also allows it to be hung up for storage (convenient).Not only this but I really like being able to lock the lid shut and unlock it when needed. I have had many bottles in the past that have randomly opened and spilled out everywhere because they have been accidentally pressed open. So this feature is ideal and works well.There isn’t anything else I can really mention about this bottle, it is great if you are looking for a travel bottle - and I think the price point of £9.99 (upon this review) is reasonable. Therefore I do recommend this item.

    Great locking mechanism that just works, the bottle does not leak and the lid will boy randomly pop open. Very good bottle at a very reasonable price.
