    Product arrived in good time, packaged very well and looks great out of the box. However, really difficult to connect and the in-box instructions are pitiful! When I did get it all connected, I found that the rear speakers don't work (no sound). I have tried absolutely everything to get them working and watched every YouTube video going, but still no joy. Was tempted to just send it back but decided to just forget the rear speakers. The sound from the main bar and sub seem adequate (not fantastic), but compared to the sound from the TV (also a LG) is an improvement at least. Overall very disappointed and wish I'd spent €1,300 on something better. But hay-ho the money is gone I don't expect LG will do anything about it. My advice would be to go for something better than this product.
