    Always doubtful about hearing amplifiers, as most dont actually do much to amplify the sound.However, these amplifiers are not bad at all.I only need to use the right amplifier due to not being able to hear properly without having to have the TV loud, or people speak a bit louder if on my right side.Again i wasnt expecting much from the JD Health hearing Amplifiers, but they are actually really xomfortable to wear, even with glasses on. Theybcome with a range of ear piece sizes so finding the toght size is no issue.If following the instruction on use, first week, 30 minutes a day on a low volume, 2nd weeks, incrrase the wear time to an hour increasing the volume slightly, and so on up until the 4th week, when you should be able to wear them for 8 hours+ a day if needed. This is just to adjust your brain to the new sounds and enhanced sounds you will hear.Charging the amplifiers is simple. They come in a charging case with a usb charge cable. The case has light indicators for each amplifier to indicate if they are charged or charging.The amplifiers perform wellwhen listening to the tv, increase the volume to the point the sound is clear without sounding tinny or crackley.Performance when listening to a conversation in person, lower the volume down, again until any crackling and tinny sounds stop.Definitely value for money, but please do not mix these up for hearing aids, they will not help you hear anything if your are deaf, theybare amplifiers only to enhance sound.

    They workrd pretty much straight out of the box but I did fully charge them before I started wearing.The sound reproduction is just what one would imagine from a small device. There is plenty of treble but very little bass, which suits me just fine. What worries me though is that they seem very flimsy and fragile and the controls are small so anyone with thick finger syndrome might have some problems handling them.Overall I am quite pleased with them and I would recommend you try them out to see if they are suitable for you. You can always return them if not good for you.

    I didn't like these hearing aids they are a complete WASTE OF MONEY FOR AN OLDER PERSON FAR!! TO FIDDLEY AND VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE!! BEING ON BLACK TO OPERATE JUST HAD HIGH WHISTLE EACH TIME TRIED TO ALTER SOUND LIKE I HAVE SAID COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

    I’ve been using these in-ear buds for about a week now, and honestly, they’re a solid choice, especially for the price. They might not have all the fancy features of more expensive models, but they do the job for everyday use. Once you get the right fit with the ear tips, the sound quality is clear and comfortable.There’s a bit of a learning curve with the volume and controls, but once you get used to them, they work just fine. They’re lightweight, easy to carry around, and I like the simple black design.I haven’t had any problems with charging, and the battery easily lasts through my daily activities. Overall, these earbuds are a great deal if you’re after something affordable to give your hearing a boost.

    I've had NHS hearing aids for years and they're fine but big, so I bought these earbud type aids and it's the best money I've spent for ages. They are easy to turn on and off, easy to alter the volume, easy to change the domes, some are supplied, to fit comfortably. The sound is as good as any I've ever had and comfy to wear. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. They are rechargeable and last lol all day and more. When wearing them they are barely noticeable and this is the reason I bought them. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and can highly recommend them. And what a fantastic price!

    I like the simple controls and everything sounds much clearer. I just needed a bit of a boost for hearing conversations and the Tv. However, they might not be suitable for someone with more significant hearing loss.Overall, they look and feel nice, and are a simple option for mild hearing needs
