First time I have bought this supplement. It seems good quality resveratrol and will use it for a while to gain the maximum benefits.

This is very easy to swallow because the pills are small in size and good quality.This has 1000mg in 2 pills daily serving which is not the highest concentration.The smaller dosage could be useful to some people who only need to take a small amount if they are regulating their dosage to small servings.Still a good product.

I have now tried 2 brands for Resveratrol and this one only has 45 days worth of pills where others have 90 which is 50% less so a big difference.This also has 1000mg in 2 pills for a serving size when others can offer that and more in just 1 pill and will give you 90 days worth of pills.So for the low content and low qty I will not buy this product again.As like the other product the good thing is the smaller pill size.

This is a new Lily Green Supplement and it’s recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality Resveratrol supplement! The fact that they are made in the UK and provide 250mg of Trans-Resveratrol in just a 2-capsule dose is impressive.

Do dietary supplements work? That is, to say the least, controversial. I would love to be deriving Resveratrol from red wine (may raise risk of heart disease, cancer etc.) or from peanuts, grapes etc. (don't fit into my keto diet). So I take supplements and hope for the best!Lily Green seems to be a trusted brand. I very much appreciate that their products contain no nasties whatever. However I have deducted one star for their use of the weasel-word "Serving". As so often when supplements are advertised, the fact that two or more pills need to be taken, thus doubling the cost of the headline dose, is glossed over. Personally, I am happy to halve the recommended "Serving" and eke out the capsules (which I much prefer to tablets) for three months, which sugars the pill of the current £19.95 price tag.

Not much to report; slotted in as a replacement for our usual Resveratrol supplement with no ill effects. Caps all well filled.

There is some evidence for the benefits of Resveratrol supplementation though I haven't noticed that much, But nor have there been any negative side effects. These are easy to swallow.
