    Was brilliant to have this unit in the summer months for day use and the water tank does add a nice freshness as well as coolness to the air. I would have liked a proper silent/night mode, as the Sleep mode just switches the fan intermittently on and off (the fan is pretty loud), which makes it quite unfriendly during the evening.

    Arrived a day late, but that was the courier. Set it up in minutes, and blasting out cold air! Much better than my old one. Slept so well not being hot. Within a short while knocked 2 Deg straight off the room temperature, on low. Great value for money, definitely recommend. It's quieter than the fan I was using, and my old cooler. Easy to fill, and easy to clean.

    I would have returned this item but apparently they will not except it unless damaged.Simply does not do the job it claims to do. I have been monitoring the temperature of a tiny room and it remains constant despite making great efforts to freeze the water. The humidity increases significantly however,

    Although cooling is not to bad, it cannot be left on through the night as this cooler is very noisy, even on the supposed night mode. The spees of the fan when in nigth intermittenly speeds up and slow down which can be quite irritating. However when left running for a while with the ice blocks, it cools down sufficiently enough to at least make comfrtable to relax.

    This air cooler is running most of the day in this warm weather. My wife loves it as she hates the warm weather. It has the advantage of a water reservoir which allows the air blown out to be cooler and moister so the air in the room isn't too dry.
