This is a good frying pan with absolutely no non-stick coating. I would rather use a thin layer of oil (and be able to scrub the occasional mistake) rather than cook in a pan with a non-stick coating. Take heed of the advice to begin with a lower heat!

This is a great product for I needed it for. Easy to clean, very durable. Exactly what I needed to replace those non-stick coated frying pans that I had that end up peeling. Not nice at all. This has made me happy.Would recommend this product to others.A solid piece of equipment to have in your collection of cookware.

This is the worst pan I have ever owned. Not only does food stick to it, but it then doesn't come off. Very nearly just thrown the thing away after first use. I seasoned it with oil too but still useless.

The actual pan itself seems nice quality. However the handle is badly made and arrived looking as in the photos. It's badly attached and wonky and looks like it will not last. The retail label was around the handle and I didn't see the imperfection til I removed it, so this may have been easy to miss on the seller's end. Unfortunately I needed the pan urgently so I've had to use it regardless, I will update the review down the line to see how this lasts and may contact the seller in addition to this review to see what can be done. Be warned and check the handle when you buy this.As far as the pan itself and other reviews - steel needs different treatment when it comes to cooking on it Vs a non stick, and it helps to season it, too. It won't stay pristine for long but a non abrasive cleaner can help with stains. Bear this in mind when you purchase!

Bought this to get rid of our last coated pan. Due to Teflon essentailly being a forever chemical and not for human consumption.Great frying pan, cooks well takes a bit of getting used to as it doesnt have non stick.High quality.

Thought I would treat myself to this stainless steel frying pan thinking it would be better then my old non stick pan I have had for many years........ ITS NOT don't waste your money. There is not one thing that will not stick to it I have tried all different kinds of fat /oils and different heat settings . Only had it a couple of months soon to be put in the bin
