    I have an OLED tv, that was losing its picture quality due to my out dated mag box. The Mag 544 W3 picture quality is really good but not perfect due to the black looking more of a charcoal grey. However this wouldn’t be as noticeable on a LED TV, where black scenes are never truly black like OLED or QLED TVs are. The picture now rarely buffers, which now means I no longer require virgin media which will save me £720 per year.The reason I have only given 4 stars is because the up arrow is just under the information button. If I accidentally hit this button whilst I’m watching the live channels, it freezes the whole box, all buttons become non responsive. The only thing that resolves it, is to unplug the box. It’s really annoying, because I have big hands, which means I hit it all the time. I haven’t returned the box because I had such a hard time to get the support team to update the MAC address (3 days without TV and many wasted hours), that I’m not prepared to to go through that again especially if if doesn’t resolve it which I honestly doubt will. I strongly believe it is a firmware issue, as there are a few more buggy things as well.In spite of the small bugs that exist, I still highly recommend this box, because it’s fast and responsive and great picture quality compared to my previous box. It will be a good upgrade as long as you are upgrading to 4K only.
