Buy these gift sets when they are on offer. Love the scent of this range very calming. The bath soak, shower oil and pillow mist are my current favourites. Great items, even the packaging looks nice

The product itself was great. I bought it as part of a birthday gift for my wife. The beauty of shopping with Bolo, you can compare choices in detail and see which is the best or even to avoid imitations. She loved the product, because it is a name she trust and have used in the past. The very, disappointing part was, it was nicely wrapped in the usual Bolo package, but once open it was very, very sad. The box looked like it belonged to the bin. Full of old water marks and torn at both corners. I was very upset and wanted to return it. However, my wife reminded me it is the product inside that mattered. It still hurts, and after all my shopping with Bolo, I expected a little respect as a customer. I trusted the merchant, Bolo to fulfill its promise to provide exactly what they promised. It would have been 5 stars, however on the grounds of presentation not even close to one star. I gave it 4 stars- why? Bolo has in the past responded as promised to many of my orders. Conclusion: Product great but presentation: rubbish
