    Unless you plan to use all 6 brackets per shelf (let’s say 200cm length) I’d look elsewhere.These are not heavy duty brackets

    These are not heavy duty , bent before I even put anything on the shelf . I’m furious as i have drilled into brick and now have to find alternative brackets . Avoid

    Not very good value for money! Don't even hold the shelf itself level without anything on it. If you are using a very light (hollow) shelf panel then they may be OK for display purposes but no good for supporting any significant weight For example all 6 brackets are probably suitable for 3kg at a maximum spread of 1.5metres at best. Was hopeful that they might work in my Partners office but they are just rubbish.

    I ordered the 300mm length brackets in gold, these turned out to be yellow, they still looked okay, but definitely not gold. None of the 6 were square. Nowhere near strong enough to hold a shelf with a depth over 300mm. Maybe if the shelf was made of polestyrene. Luckily I was making shelves that ran from wall to wall, so was able to make extra supports. If I was to rely on the brackets alone, they would have been returned. Avoid unless you want to make modifications and take 3 times as long as it should.

    The wall bkt I exchanged for 12inch was droopy to the front will have to rever it to try and get it to hang straight. ( more bloody work)

    I purchased this to use for a floating shelf. The wood for the shelf was a little heavy but even using 4 of these, it had more flex than I was expecting.

    I did not purchase these for the purpose of making floating shelves, but rather to reinforce a closet system I purchased. The closet system only had one bar across it and I wanted the shelves to get secured to the wall as well, plus extra support for any weight issues.They are very heavy and do not feel like you could bend them easily. They work perfectly for me and my use. I would say if you are planning on making floating shelves due to the thickness the shelves would not be against the wall if that is something you care about. I had to flip them, so the vertical part along the wall was going down instead of up because it wouldn’t fit.
