Gesund und lecker
Auf ärztlichen Rat sollte ich mehr Protein zu mir nehmen, beispielsweise Proteinriegel, was schon wegen der Schokolade für mich unvorstellbar war. Dann stolperte ich über Edamame, probierte diese und von begeistert. Sehr knusprig, leicht nusszig im Geschmack. Es ist gut, dass die Bohnen wahrnehmbar, doch nur leicht gesalzen sind. Der gute Nebeneffekt ist beim regelmäßigen Knabbern auch der hohe Ballaststoffanteil, der auch noch einen positiven Einfluß auf die Verdauung hat. Die Ware hat so großen Anklang bei meinen Seminarteilnehmern gefunden, dass ich durch sie Aufträge bei meiner nächsten Bestellung bekam.
