Picture, sound quality and night vision are good and holds charge well. It definitely doesn’t work to a 300m range, it drops out from the living room rather a lot, in only a two bed house. It does the job but not as well as advertised.

I'm not a big fan of this baby monitor, but it does its job and is okay value for money if your situation suits. For me, I used it a handful of times before getting another, as it has no standard mounting options. Why no threading for a screw mount? I don't want to drill into my walls for a temporary fixture, and I don't want to have to have the monitor so far away from my baby on the wall. I ended up using a home made contraption out of a standard mount and a mobile phone tripod mount. It was usable but didn't feel as secure as you'd want.The audio and video quality is decent and the night vision is okay. I've seen better on cheaper indoor cameras, but only ones that stream to your phone. It's not bad for an all-in-one solution. The screen is a little bit small but you can see just fine.My main gripe is the charging pots. DC barrel chargers? In this decade? USB-C is the standard. I don't want another random cable I have to file away and remember what it goes with. Even a micro USB would have made more sense than this. The cable was too short for me, and even though I own loads for long USB cables, I had to find an extension for this one especially. Just silly.

The camera is very easy to set up - plug and go. The camera has a pivoting base to adjust the angle and is stable which is important if you need to use a baby monitor support to attach it to the cot at an angle. The image is clear enough - not exactly HD quality but for the price is absolutely fine. During the night the imagine is clear enough to see the baby moving. The sound is good as well and can select 5 volume settings for how loud you want it. The monitor has easy intuitive buttons to use. It's small and easy to pack away if travelling. The length of the cable is a bit on the short side but should be OK if using a cot attachment next to a plug. It's lightweight as well, small and easy to pack away. Plus, not going through the WiFi makes it easy and safe to use, not having to reset the connection if travelling for the new WiFi network.On the downside, the monitor has a short battery life span. I had to charge it every other day and the downfall of that is that the connection isn't a USB C one so you have to use only it's own charger or unplug the camera to use the cable (they have the same connection at least to pack just one cable if travelling).Also, the quality of the two way talking isn't great. You can barely understand what is being said and it will stop after about 10 seconds regardless if you are holding the button or not. You might also forget you pressed it and leaves the intercom on and then the camera makes this loud noise like when two phones that are on a call to each other get close to each other like an echo.But overall for the price is just what you need and would recommend it for sure.

Perfect buy while baby sitting my grandson 💙 instead of keep going up and down stairs to check on him, I was able to relax slightly and keep a look over him with the baby monitor.

The Babystar monitor and camera outfit looks like a very well-made bit of kit. Setup is a breeze because these use a non-internet wireless connection with a good range so you don't need to mess about registering or installing a phone app and it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi. This obviously greatly improves the privacy of the connection.The quality of the image is more than adequate for its design purpose and works reasonably well in a dimly lit room.The monitor is a very compact device and has quite a few features that I wouldn't bother with but as the child gets older, some of these could be more useful. The sound facility is very useful, especially when the child has a friend or sibling in the room.5 volt camera power comes from the supplied 240V charger with a decent length of cable. The portable monitor can also be charged from a 5 volt supply (also supplied).You may have to improvise a bracket or some other type of fixing clamp if you don't want to drill holes in the wall for the camera base.
Perfect travel monitor
We use this monitor when we do all of our traveling. It’s small and light weight. The camera has decent quality and the distant that the monitor can go and still get signal is great.
Gute Kamera mit anständige Reichweite
Das System ist wirklich ordentlich, auch wenn man ein kleineres Display kriegt. Die Reichweite ist ganz in Ordnung und das Feedback System (Mikrofonknopf drücken und mit dem Kind kommunizieren) funktioniert sehr gut. Das Display hat einen Akku und lässt sich über den USB C Port aufladen. Über den aufklappbaren Fuß an den Rückteil steht es sehr stabil. Die Kamera hat keinen Akku und leider einen eigenwilligen Stecker (kein USB C, siehe Foto). Alle notwendigen Netzteile und Kabel sind im Set enthalten. Einziges Manko: man kann von dem Display aus die Position der Kamera nicht verändern. Ist vermutlich auch dem günstigen Preis geschuldet. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Baby phone sans accès internet
Le babyphone n'a pas besoin de connections internet ni WiFi ni 4G. Aussitôt brancher, l'appareillage se fait tout seul et rapidement.La qualité de l'écran est correct. On peut lire sur l'écran la température, l'heure. On peut zoomer, faire écouter des berceuses à bébé, laudio est bi directionnel. Si besoin, il y a une notice disponible en françaisLe fait que l'écran fonctionne sur batterie est génial, on peut se le faire suivre partout dans la maison. Le baby phone sera très facile à utiliser, il est intuitif.

UPDATE #2: the battery to the monitor has swoll so much more and I haven’t used it ☹️ If anyone knows how I can email this company please let me know!UPDATE: I’ve had this for about 1.5 years give or take. ONE THING YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO is to leave it charging on the charger longer then you should. I always had it plugged in and now it only stays charged for a minute and then starts dying and shuts off. Also the battery swelled so much it is now dangerous to use. It probably was my fault for leaving it on the charger for too long, other then that I 100% recommend this product!This camera was a life saver for me. My old camera ran through my phone and when my wifi was spotty it would refresh, and when it did the sound would turn off. It got to the point I had to sleep on my floor right in front of my sons bedroom door so I could hear if he cried.This was like upgrading from a Ford to a TeslaPros: I absolutely LOVE that it’s not connected through wifi. You don’t have to do anything special when you first get it to set it up, it just automatically connects. When you turn the volume up or down the background sound goes off in a couple seconds, instead of hearing the muffling sound in the background all night. The night vision is pretty good and picture is clear. You can zoom in, talk to your baby, and have it play lullabies.Cons: only thing I have to say negative about it is that the charge only lasts 4-6 hours. Which I don’t mind because I always keep it plugged into the charger, but for other people that could be annoying. However once the battery is about to die it beeps until you plug it in, which I thought was cool, instead of it just dying. Also it says it can read the temperature of the room (it literally says it on the box) but I haven’t seen anything about the temperature in the menu options.Overall I love this camera and am so glad I got it! Definitely worth the price!
