Be aware... Ordered 2 x 3 boxes of these chocolates only to discover one bar is missing.

3 bars or chocolate arrived, due to reviews saying on 2 come I opened the white gift box and checked all 3 were there. Good dates on them.The white wrapper was dirty so chose not to use it. Not sure why it was like that but unable to gift it so removed it.Will make a greta gift otherwise.

These 3x AfriMyst bars completely exceeded my expectations. I received a variety of bar flavours and they are all very high cocoa percentage (80-90% cocoa).When you first bite into these bars, you know straight away that you’re eating a great, high-quality product. The taste is immediately rich, incredibly flavoursome and has the right amount of bitterness for dark chocolate. The texture is delightful – it’s smooth, tastes creamy and melts in my mouth. I think this must be the best dark chocolate I’ve ever eaten.What’s even better, is it’s a guilt-free treat. This chocolate is made from organic ingredients and contains very few ingredients. It’s mostly authentic high percentage cocoa without any nastiness thrown in which I really like. Each bar is high in natural protein too.Not only does it taste incredible, but this is in an incredibly ethical company to buy your chocolate from. There’s no plastic in the packaging at all and they’re vegan which is a win for sustainability and ethics from this brand. It’s also genuinely produced in Ghana and the manufacturer invests in local communities there. There’s not a thing I dislike.After trying these dark chocolate bars, I would definitely order this selection again, but I’d also try their other flavours too. Be careful though. With these bars, I end up snacking on more squares than I plan to!

These chocolate bars come well presented in attractively designed cardboard packaging. You get 80g of chocolate per bar. I especially like the fact that they are organic and vegan. If you are a dark chocolate lover like me I think you’ll really like these. The taste is rich and very well balanced and not overly sweet. My absolute favourite is the one with fleur de sel as the saltiness complements the richness of the cocoa really well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the 90% bar, which despite the high cocoa content tastes very smooth especially if you let it melt in the mouth.

I adore chocolate. Dark chocolate, mostly! And slowly, I’ve become addicted to these bars. This is not like your usual supermarket dark chocolate; for one thing, there’s no vanilla to bolster an otherwise inferior cocoa taste. This means that these bars are very pure, very natural tasting, if that makes sense. The other extraordinary thing is that, even at a high percentage like 92%, this chocolate is never bitter, just rich and deep with very little acidity. I love the ethos of the company, too. I thoroughly recommend them.
