5.0 out of 5 stars Valuable thinking and comments, less good mind maps
this gets a five star from me purely on the basis of the valuable thinking and comments from the author. I have used mind maps on and off for years and wasnt impressed by them. however, this is the most thought provoking and reassuring commentary on adult ADHD that I have come across.

Liked it
This book goes deep into all the ADHD chaos... It's got stuff on mind mapping, which is actually pretty cool and helps turn those messy thoughts into something organized It talks about the different types of ADHD, which was actually not bad because apparently, I've been dealing with this In my own weird way forever... Well, It's all about using your ADHD "superpowers" to your advantage, which is a nice change from the usual "ADHD is a curse" stuff :) There's a lot of talk about brain exercises and time management tips, but some of it sounds easier said than done...
