    Delivery was good, also a day early. Machine works well, although will take some getting used to as the airfryer cooking times are preset so often will not match cooking instructions on food. Controls are good & simple, no control menus to click through. Adjustments are easy with the control knob. Early days, but machine seems well designed and well made.

    Delivery very quick, product in strong box. No safety leaflet or basic instruction in the box. Fumbling about trying to ascertain how it works, have achieved the microwave.

    Like the use is intuitive, also the instructions on inside of the door over the main oven. Great value for money? Haven’t tried all the features yet but basic stuff works well.

    The microwave works fine and the convection but whatever I tried I could not get the air fryer to work. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or it is faulty. Can't get through to Drew & Cole by telephone and they haven't returned my email query. Not impressed and very ANGRY. I would NOT recommend!!!
