    Cool in the fridge for relief or microwave for 30 seconds before pumping to help with milk production. Don’t be tempted to microwave for longer, they get really hot really fast! Gel nipple covers are soothing it’s a shame they aren’t reusable.

    The media could not be loaded. I have just "unboxed" these so wanted to offer my first thoughts before use (which is still a month away).The gel pads arrive well packaged, and in a reusable resealable bag which I think is good for keeping them packed away/clean etc. The purple pads (large ones) are gel packs that can be heated in the microwave. If you don't have a microwave you can't use them "hot". However, you can use them "cold" and they need to be in the freezer for 2 hours to cool nicely. I've included some photos and videos so you can see how soft they are.The little yellow circles are the nipple patches, and only last 72 hours. These are cold patches and you just pop them in the freezer to cool for use.The kit comes with instructions and information about myhalos which I liked.

    I might have a faulty product because my experience does not match the reviews.Nipple would not stick.Was not soothing at all. Granted, can’t fault the company for that.To me, instructions were not clear. Does not take into account different breast shapes or sizes.Not a good product in my opinion.

    These are great the cooking and heating pads form to your shape and are not cold right out of the freezer love that the on the go cooling pads are useae for more than 4 hours

    I sooo wish that they sold just the gel pads!! These are like the Lansinoh ones but the gel pad is thicker. They last about 72 hours and are so comfortable!

    I didn't think I needed these until I got them. They are so soothing, whichever I'm using. I didn't realize I was getting so sore with all the pumping, and just simply placing the heated pad on me gave instant comfort. They are so easy to use, you can't mess up, and they are mess free.

    The purple pads are soft and comfortable. I keep them in the fridge but they microwave ok. They microwave a little unevenly so be careful when using them so it doesn't cause burning. They've been helpful with clogged ducts. The sticky hydrogel pads provided confort and protection when my nipples were sore from breastfeeding.
