    This pillow is quite firm until your head sinks into it. I found it quite warm on both sides. I have arthritis in my neck and i had a comfortable sleep but it was a tad too high so i had to return it.

    I am planning on buying more at some point they are really good quality and supper soft. I sleep like a dream. It's breathable and doesn't hold sweat.

    If you're anything like me, you wake up multiple times a night feeling hot and turn the pillow over to the cold side.When I saw this I thought it sounded rather gimmicky, but was happy to give it a go. The pillow comes compressed and expands to its full size when you open it, initially there is a odour to the pillow but it soon disappears and in fairness you are informed on the paperwork that it could take upto 48 hours for it to fully go. The first thing I noticed was that the pillow wasn't as large as my existing ones. The pillow is very comfortable as it moulds to your head and the claims of it being cooling are certainly true as I've certainly had some of the better nights sleep than I've had in a while.I'm not sure if there are different firmnesses of the pillows as mine is very soft and there is even a label attached stating as much, however there isn't an option to choose which you'd prefer yet others have suggested theirs is firm, which I would have preferred.
