5.0 out of 5 stars Strong and sturdy
Well made and already assembled. I am impressed by how strong and sturdy this trolley is. I have bought it to use at craft fairs, for transporting stock. Not used yet - but looking forward to trying it out.
4.0 out of 5 stars good sized trolley
this is a great sized trolley which feels sturdy and was easy to open up. it is easy to transport when folding however the cover is pretty useless as it doesnt secure properly so when you lift to carry the trolley starts sliding down from the cover. when folded out the trolley will hold a good amount of items and weight. large chunky wheels are great for muddy areas and the handle makes it easy to move when using.
1.0 out of 5 stars Text did not make clear it was a return.
Text listed a new item; it was a return. Not a all sturdy; a wheel fell off as I took it out of the box.
5.0 out of 5 stars Versatile, heavy duty trolley
We already have a smaller version of one of these trolleys and it's great, I ordered this one as it will enable us to carry even more stuff when visiting garden or craft exhibitions. The trolley folds up neatly and fits easily into the boot of our car so it's no problem taking it with us when visiting various exhibitions or events. There is no assembly required, it just pulls open and you then place the base board (which doubles as a wrap around cover for the folded trolley) in position, pull out the handle and it's ready to use.Once opened up this is a very robust trolley with a good, deep body and pockets for water bottles. With the larger, wider wheels it handles better than our other one on soft terrains such as grass, gravel and sand and the two front wheels also have brakes on them which is handy when parking it on a slope.Given the various uses that this trolley may be put to it's great that the body of it is made of washable material which is easily removed from the metal frame. With its spacious interior, higher load capacity and extra manoeuvrability this may well end up replacing our other trolley, which may be relegated to lighter garden duties.Overall we are very pleased with this trolley and would highly recommend it for all sorts of uses such as camping, day trips, exhibitions and perhaps even for the weekly shopping.
4.0 out of 5 stars Compact and suitable for multiple uses
As well as being ideal for festivals this trolley is also suitable for many other uses. With its big wheels, it is great for the sandy beach to carry all the picnic, chairs, parasol etc... it can also be used for heavy loads - with a maximum weight of 125kg and capacity of 250L - for camping or carrying sports or music gear. What I particularly like about this trolley is that it is compact, tall but thin and can be stored anywhere in the house. It is really easy to open and close. It opens in concertina style and in one smooth action. The metal frame seems strong enough for those heavy loads and it is also equipped with brakes on the front wheels for safety. The steering is facilitated with a 360° rotation of the front wheels. The length and angle of the handle is adjustable and the handle neatly retracts under the cover for storage. It looks sturdy and feels easy to manoeuvre so it should be suitable for all terrains even when loaded up to the brim. The only downside is that when it is folded, it can be awkward to manoeuvre (like some pushchairs) as there is no dedicated handle. At £98.10 after applying a 10% off voucher, (at the time of writing this review), this seems like reasonable value.
3.0 out of 5 stars Difficult to steer
The trolley arrives fully assembled. All that is required is to open it up in the manner of folding camping chair and insert the foldable base. When folded up it stands solidly upright, taking up minimal space. There is a useful partial cover which serves to keep dust and rain off and store the foldable flat base. The carrying section is adequate and suitable for transporting bulky but not too heavy loads. The extending handle feels insubstantial and unsuitable for hauling heavy loads. The wheels do not move freely and frequently twist. Nor can they be locked into a forward position. Steering the trolley is a nightmare. The overall experience is similar to a worn out supermarket trolley. The trolley is useable on reasonably flat, smooth surfaces such as a grass lawn, concrete or patio paving. It is not suitable for uneven or loose surfaces such as sand, shingle or rough pasture.I hope you found this review useful. If you have a question, I always try to respond when Bolo forwards them to me.
5.0 out of 5 stars Useful
I got this for a few main reasons. The first is to use to carry art materials while out painting and the second is to transport stock for art shows. I have a heart condition and I need a bit of help transporting things. This is very easy to set up: you just push down in the centre and pull out the wheels. There is a base that fits inside to make the bottom sturdy. The handle telescopes out and it’s with this that you steer the trolley. It comes with a cover for when it’s collapsed and this can be used as a bag in the trolley. It stows away quite well and easily fits in most car boots. The wheels are big and chunky, spin freely and the steering works well. The front wheels lock in place, preventing it from rolling away. It’s easy to manoeuvre, though its large size might not make it the most practical in small places. There’s plenty of space in the trolley - the bag in the picture is a large Bag for Life and there’s room for at least four of these. I often see similar trolleys with small children in them, though there is nothing to suggest that this is intended for that purpose.Overall, it seems well made and is a practical item that would be great at the beach, on a picnic or shopping.
4.0 out of 5 stars bit narrow
No instructions provided but easy enough to unfold as comes fully assembled.Just need to push tit down. Lift over the material side onto the frame, do up the Velcro and add the board. Reverse to put the trolley away. A bit narrower then other trolleys I’ve seen which does mean it was harder to pull my twins and their stuff in but the brakes were a positive in our beach trip.Drinks holders came in handy too.
good
Pretty happy!
