The media could not be loaded. I chose this product as last year, I spent time trying to get my back garden into some sort of order. It was hard work, but I was pleased with the finished results. This year, my plan is to tackle the front garden.We had some building work done, so the garden has ended up looking a cross between a jungle and a builders yard. I was pleased to attract plenty of bees which feasted on the dandelion flowers, and I didn’t wish to put any weedkiller down, but this year I want it to look more attractive.My plan is to use this weed control fabric to spread over the garden, which will hopefully kill off the weeds, and enable me to lay some new turf and plant it out with nature loving plants.If this is a success and I have any left over, I will use it to line some raised beds for my strawberry plants, and cover the floor of my greenhouse.I have never used weed control membrane before, but this seems a strong and heavy duty product. Hopefully I will be able to update my review with pictures of my garden as it progresses. As it stands I am unable to comment on how effective it is, but it looks great quality and I have high hopes for it.Thank you for reading my review, and I hope this, along with my short video will be helpful to you.

I ordered this to help restore a shingle path. My first impression was that the fabric was thinner than I had expected from the photographs. Also the weave was more open and looser than I imagined. As I have plenty of material, I shall use double thickness. The material is very easy to cut and shape. As there is no bonded edge, if using for weed control, I would recommend folding the edges double to reduce fraying,I hope you found this review useful.If you have a question, I always try to respond when Bolo forwards them to me.

Really impressed with this weed control membrane. It's inexpensive & much heavier duty than I expected for the price, so I think it is very good value for money.The membrane is made from polypropylene and on a close sniff has a very faint odour of bin sack about it but nothing you would notice in use.The membrane cuts very easily with scissors and is easy to use and being coarse woven won't impede drainage. I'm going to use it in my raised bed area under gravel.Hopefully you can see in the close up that the manufacturer appears to have hot wire cut the membrane in the factory - you can see the welded edge. In use in the garden I will allow a little bit extra around the edges so that I can fold it over to stop it unravelling.Super stuff. Recommended.

This appears to be of a decent thickness with a wider-than-I've-had-before weave allowing for better drainage. I'm confident (hopeful!) this sheeting will keep the dross at bay now the wide boarders have finally been cleared/killed off for good with Roundup, and new planting can start afresh later in the year.This sheeting looks the part, certainly resistant to tearing, and pricing is good.

This review is for the MLZPU 3mx4m Heavy Duty Weed Control Membrane Garden Weed Barrier FabricWhile its the middle of winter, and I wont be putting this on my garden just yet (at least while the ice and snow remain), I can confirm that this appears to be a good quality heavy weave membrane. I've been using weed barrier like this for years to line veg patches and paths - and this looks to be from the same roll.Identical to the sort of pack you get from garden centres, but a lot more convenient than fighting the crowds on a Sunday morning.
Didn't work for me
Weeds have broken through this barrier brand just like I didn't put the barrier down.
