I love my duck mug but it lasted 14 months before it cracked when pouring in hot water. Even though I bought it a while ago I still received a refund, great customer service.

I don’t know who designed this but I used it for one hot drink and it cracked. Literally heard it crack as I poured the water into my coffee. So it’s basically an ornament. Sad because it’s super cute but not cool for the price. Second drink the whole thing fell apartAlso you can’t request a refund for this being defective - you need to actually go through the ridiculous process of sending it back yo the seller. In my case the mug shattered so I’d be sending a box full of ceramic shards to them.

Die Tasse ist super verarbeitet und das Design ist auch auf den Punkt. Wir haben sie jetzt einige Monate und schon oft in der Spülmaschiene gereinigt - von Abnutzungserscheinungen ist keine Spur.Auch das Volumen ist super, es passt ordentlich was rein, man hat aber trotzdem nicht das Gefühl seinen Tee oder Kaffee aus eine Müslischüssel zu trinken. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungenes Produkt, das ist uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Witzige Tasse mit Nutzwert
Nicht mein erstes Produkt von PURROOM mit diesem lustigen Entengesicht. Mein Humor mag etwas seltsam sein aber ich finde das witzig.Eine Tasse war also nur eine Frage der Zeit. Die Idee eine große Tasse mit Überlaufschutz finde ich super. Die Füllmenge sollte auch für den größten Kaffee ausreichend sein und der Deckel hilft da auch die Wärme lang genug in der Tasse zu halten. Ein kleiner Schieber gibt eine Öffnung zum trinken frei, also landen auch keine Insekten oder ähnliches im Getränk wenn man immer gut zu macht.Geschirrspülfest ist die Tasse natürlich. Die ganze Qualität ist einwandfrei, die Tasse ist ohne Macken oder Fehler in der GlasurWenn man solche skurilen DInge mag ist man hier richtig
