Excellent for cooking just about everything as long as it's hot enough and you use enough oil to at least coat the frying surface. Sunny side eggs cook pretty well, but you have to give them a little time to crisp at the bottom before flipping. Cleaning is much easier than I had the impression it would be. Just make sure you run a little hot water in it to help with stickier messes. I haven't had much stick to it though. Good value granted other pans cost much more. Easy to pout things, but the handle is a touch awkward since it's so rounded. Good size and performs well overall

Given the concerns now raised about some non-stick coatings, my wife and I had been thinking of alternatives. Enamelled cast iron is great, also very expensive – I certainly couldn't afford our forty-year-old Le Creuset pot now – but this stainless steel pan has proved just the ticket. It heats up fairly quickly – just remember not to add, say, oil or butter whilst it's doing so, otherwise you might run the risk of things sticking later – and then you can turn it down to a more moderate heat, whereupon it will cook or even stew away very thoroughly. The pan seems very well made and is easy to clean – just do so gently and never use wire wool, just as you should never use a metal spatula or turner whilst cooking (Wood is always good here.) Any sticking that does occur will come off easily after a soak in warm water. So yes, this has worked out rather well, so well that I've ordered another, smaller pan of the same make.

Do not buy this crap It warped after few weeks doesn’t heat uniformly it sticks even if you passed the bubble test impossible to cook garbage product the inside is very low quality stainless steel absolute garbage made in China

This is a good, well made and designed frying pan with a smooth surface for frying/cooking and a lip within the rim to prevent spills when pouring sauces from the pan. Yes, it does take a little getting used to for preventing sticking within the pan as other reviews have commented, but it’s essential to follow the manufacturers guidelines plus available videos before using the pan. It cooks beautifully though, with the heat spread evenly whilst cooking. I found it that good that I decided to buy another in a different size - would highly recommend.
