    I got the triple pack to replace failing older handsets, setup was straight forward but the menus are a little clunky requiring you to put in date and time more than once. The biggest problems are the ringtones which default to teribble beepy things at full volume. Quickly addressed. And the base stations are very light meaning when you put the handsets in place for charging its easy to move them and if on a shelf it would be easy for the base to be pushed off. But the call quality seems fine and the display is nice and clear, they are also fairly inexpensive so hopefully they will last as long as my old ones

    Phone arrived quickly. Still have a problem setting correct time on it. When you press the button the instructions tells you It keeps going to answering machine not to the menu . Not able to change the ring tones. Except for that the phone works fine.

    Replaced my old landline phones with these and they had better sound and additional volume control. I recently changed my broadband to fibre based and these were able to adapt so they will function when all phones move away from landlines.

    I could not set up this answerphone, and therefore had to return for a refund.The instructions, as other reviewers have noted, are very limited and not fit for purpose.I did try to find help on YouTube, as another reviewer said that had helped, but after searching, could only find instructions identical to the ones that come with the item. Wasted a lot of time!I have since bought another well known brand, which has comprehensive instructions and excellent customer service.I do not recommend this item. One star given, no option to give zero.
