4.0 out of 5 stars Unexpectedly Great for Lighting My Board Game Shots
The most obvious use for this light panel is as a selfie light. In fact, on the product box, it says "LED Selfie Light". But I was interested in this item to improve the lighting for my product shots for reviews, as my indoor lighting is quite poor for that.And it's actually exceeded my hopes, as it has unexpectedly solved another, more challenging lighting problem I have. I'm a board game hobbyist, and I often take photos of board games. And they don't come out very well with my poor indoor lighting.I've found that using this light panel mounted on my tablet is exactly what I needed for my board game shots. Previously, I relied on a lamp, which created a lot of annoying highlights, and wasn't really bright enough. My board game photos are so much better now using this light panel. I've lost the terrible reflections and highlights I had before, the images come out brighter, less grainy, more colour-neutral, and sometimes sharper. I'm so happy with the results, just from using this little light panel on my tablet. And it also works well for product shots.I love that it's rechargeable. I like that it comes with a tripod or you can mount it on other tripods or devices using the 1/4 screw mount. The three different colour temperatures are useful. It has five levels of brightness, and goes quite bright. And the illumination of the panel is very even in the natural light mode.Minus points for me are that the plastic feels a little flimsy, I don't find the included tripod very stable, and the cool and warm light modes are not evenly lit (by which I mean, you can see the LED pattern rather than a continuous, uniform brightness).I'm very happy with the results, but am scoring this panel four stars instead of five, because I wish it felt more robust and had even panel lighting in all three colour temperature modes.

This rechargeable portable light gave off a bright and even light. Good for taking selfies and portrait shots. I liked the several colour settings for creating a warm or cooler feel.I also liked the fact that there were two adapters, one is to clip onto a mobile phone/tablet or onto a laptop. The other is for connecting to a camera shoe or to a tripod mount. A little tripod is provided.What I didn't like was the method for clipping on the adapters. They click into place simply, I put the clip on intending to test that first. but have not managed to remove it since. It should be a simple case of depressing the small plastic tab, `however no matter how much I push it with my finger I can not push it sufficiently to release the retaining clip. I have tried using a metal tea spoon handle to push down the small plastic retaining clip. But it will not budge! I don't much like the look and feel of the plastic as I try to get the clip off I am concerned it will crack. Trying the clip I am concerned just how strong the spring is. Do I really want to put it on to my laptop, phone or tablet and possibly damage the screen? I would prefer a lighter spring and perhaps non-slip pads too.This is the first light unit I have used and so have nothing to compare it with. For twenty pounds I'd say its not a bad price. But the adapter connections need to be simpler to use and the clip needs to not be so strong.

As the title states, Cheap and nasty, and something that I'd expect to buy at t*mu for just a few quid and for this to be selling on here for £19.99 .....I think someone is having a laugh !!! .... very disappointed!!What's in the box1 x Rechargeable Dimmable LED Video Light1 x Adjustable Tripod Stand2 x Light adapters1 x USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable1 x paperworkBuild qualityThe build quality on the Rechargeable Dimmable LED Video Light was pretty dire, with horrible mouldings, and poor buttons.The battery status lights, were almost invisible to see, because of the shock quality in its buildThe tripod was just as bad as the main LED Video Light, in regards to its build quality, and everything just shouted out cheap !!!The two Light fitting adapters did fit and fitted wellThe materials used on the main Rechargeable Dimmable LED Video Light were that of very cheap and thin plastic (the poor brittle kind of plastic) so one drop of this lighting unit, will definitely finish it off for good.The materials used on the tripod were again made from the cheapest of metals and even though it did its job and is far better than the plastic tripods that I've seen, it still needed to be finished off with a little care, especially because of the whole asking price of it all.The 2 light fitting adapters were again made from very cheap brittle plastic, so no doubt these won't last that longThe battery life on the LED Video Light wasn't that good, and from a full charge, only lasted 2 hrs and then took the same amount of time to charge back up again !!!The brightness on the LED Video Light was actually very good and reasonably bright, so at least this helped out with the one extra star addedSo do I recommend this Rechargeable Dimmable LED Video Light kit that's priced at £19,99 ??Sadly as im a YT Tech and advisor that reviews things like this and have have around 20+ video lighting kits over the last 3 months, I'm afraid that would be a big NO and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless the price drops below a tenner and then this would be worth considering (maybe)So 2 out of 5 stars in total from me and the reason why I gave it the 2 stars, was because of the decent brightness of the light and also the tripod was made from metal and not the cheap plastic that I've seen some lighting kits come with ..... it lost 3 stars due to the material quality on the light and also the very high price that is being asked (maybe if the light was made with better plastics along with a few other bits, then this might have got a 4 or even 5 stars from me)

The media could not be loaded. Good light goes nice and bright.3 colour settings cool, warm and a bit of both, comes with stand, clip and charging cable . Adjustable brightness too.
