    Very nice flavour, can't fault that.However, when I read "concentrated" I expect a thick treacle like substance.This is more like a very runny honey in terms of consistency.Means have to use more of it in a curry to give it that tangy ummmphhh.

    Only just received the item. Undid the Bolo cardboard envelope it was packed in and opened the lid and tasted it. Then I realised there was no seal or anything on the lid which just twisted off, meaning that it could have been opened at anytime by anyone who had access to it.I’m not saying anyone did but it’s a bit disconcerting when you think that everything you buy now is sealed in some form or other to prevent tampering.I thought as it was concentrated it might be thicker than it is, roughly the same as Bovril in a warm kitchen.Taste wise it had a slightly citric taste which I don’t know yet whether it will affect the vindaloo I’m going to be using it in. If it turns out ok I’ll up the stars to 4 but the lack of a protective seal on the lid is not good.
