    These candles I bought for the first time. I bought four different scents and asked my friend to choose which one she liked the most. She chose the Jasmine and Black Olive one. She liked it so much she has since bought another herself.

    This has a truly lovely and calming scent so bought it again as a present. The larger tin is great as the lid can be put on to douse the flame. The smaller “paint tin” size is not so easy to douse/close.

    I love scented candles, so was really happy to give the Pintail tin candle a try, and I have to say that I'm impressed.The tin is attractive can be reused afterwards, as either a candleholder or for storing things in. The candle wax is the same green colour as the label on the tin.I had it on last night for about three hours and hardly any wax has been used, so I do believe that it has a burn time of roughly 35 hours, but I also believe that burn time can vary depending on room temperature and humidity levels etc.Scent is subjective, but for me rose scent is a particular favourite of mine, so I love this, especially with the hint of apple mint. Whilst I can smell the scent in my room on my stairs, it isn't particularly strong which is perfect for some people, however other people might prefer their scent a bit stronger.After burning, the wax solidified more or less flat. Other candles I've had have left a hole around the wick once solidified, but this isn't the case with this Pintail candle.Overall, I really like the candle. If you're looking for a subtle and not an overpoweringly scented candle, this would be a good choice. It's perfect for gifting too.

    I really like this product; honeysuckle is one of my favourite fragrances and this candle did not disappoint. I find that some fragranced candles can be overwhelming once opened whereas this candle's scent is subtle but long lasting.The tin is quite small so I think it would be an ideal item to add to gift hampers and I am happy to recommend.

    There’s only one way to describe the smell of this candle, and that’s gorgeous. I wasn’t sure about what Camomile would smell like, but thought it would be relaxing, which is what you need from a candle. This delivers, and then some. I lit the candle in an upstairs bedroom and the smell wafting down the stairs as I walked up them was incredible. Beautifully calming and inviting.The presentation is beautiful, and I love that it’s a UK company. This really feels like it’s been made with love and attention. Buy it right now. It’s amazing.

    The Pintail Candles Paint Pot Candle in Lily of The Valley fragrance gets a 3-star review. While the design and packaging are loved, the scent didn't match expectations, leading to complaints from the family. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't enjoyable, prompting a decision to discontinue use.
