    Overall a big fan of this tv my only apprehension is that i feel that the sound sometimes comes out a bit crackly it’s not a constant thing however can be annoying at times other than that wonderful tv with great picture quality

    Absolutely useless, the device won’t update its operating system and therefore can’t boot up. I got as far as entering my WiFi password and then nothing. So far Toshiba and Bolo have been unable to diagnose the issue…current state of play is for them to come and collect and try to repair - then I ‘should get it back in 14 days’ 🤣Obviously i can’t comment on the picture, interface or sound quality. You can’t use the device even as a screen for games consoles without updating and signing into your Bolo account (has to be the account you purchased from).***Update*** - Bolo have apparently received my repair and I’ll have it back within 14 days. Said device is sat in my house so I don’t know how successful their repair will be. But because the repair has been ‘received’ I can no longer access the Bolo customer service.****update**** I gave up on Bolo’s useless customer service chat and contacted Toshiba to have it repaired under warranty. They took the item and have confirmed it can’t be repaired and I need to speak to Bolo for refund or replacement - guess what? Bolo aren’t interested.****update**** Bolo still wanted me to raise another repair request. I’ve now had an email from Toshiba asking me to send them the item (the one they’ve already had and confirmed can’t be fixed) Bolo’s usually superb customer service really are acting like 🤡🤡🤡🤡

    Thank you it’s fantastic! Perfect for bedroom viewing, so quick and easy to set up and connect! All my favourite apps downloaded in seconds and music etc too. Remote very easy and I’m one happy customer! Excellent value for money in January sale. Excellent delivery and so surprisingly light weight too. Thank you!

    It's a great tv. Perfect for my bedroom. Crisp, clear picture. Easy to setup and add apps.Voice control via remote. Full smart features. Sound is a bit thin, but I've added the Fire tv soundbar so now it's the full cinema experience. Tv and soundbar are Bluetooth, so no nasty wires!

    No user manual, tiny remote control that you almost need a magnifying glass to see, with no settings, back, exit buttons very difficult to just watch live tv, all geared up for fire, alexa, and paid for tv.Good picture and volumeWill be sending it back and get a more standard tv.
