I purchased these microloops to go in around the front of my hairline, at first was a bit skeptical buying hair of Bolo but love them. I have a weave in that I paid a lot of money for compared to the low cost of these and they feel better than my weave! They are silky, and so easy to dry and straighten. Love them. Would definitely purchase again

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the nano bonds I recently purchased through Bolo. The bonds, which were professionally fitted into my hair, have fallen apart, leaving the metal connector part still attached to my hair. As a result, it is impossible to refit the hair extensions, rendering them unusable.I contacted Bolo to seek a resolution, but they advised that the only option is to return the full product for a refund. Unfortunately, this solution is impractical because the nano bonds are attached to my head, and removing them would incur additional costs. I have already invested a significant amount in having the extensions fitted, and removing them to return the product is neither reasonable nor feasible.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, especially given the price I paid. I expected a much higher standard, and now I am left with unusable extensions due to the lack of the necessary metal connectors.I kindly request that you provide a solution that does not involve returning the product, such as sending replacement bonds or offering compensation for the additional costs I will incur due to this issue. I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and satisfactorily.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.

Lasted for so long and I dyed them two seperate times and colours. Only issue I had was the wire for the nano ring breaking off on a few strands but I am very active so my hair is tied up regularly so the breakages are to be expected.
Do not waste your money or time with this buyer
WASTE 🗑 legit ended up being a big knotted mess . When I contacted this supplier with photos and videos the asked me to return the hair that was in my head sheding like a dog on a summer day. The breakage was horrible. No matter the upkeep you are not getting more then one use 2 months TOPS if your lucky.
Absolutely wonderful, the hair and the company both.
They arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality. The extensions were soft and lightweight. It doesn’t make your head feel sore or heavy at all, even after wearing them all day. For the price and how affordable these are i was really impressed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single set of extensions, and I’ve had every kind and every brand you can think of. This is good hair, you just have to take care of it correctly and use the right products on it. I see a lot of negative reviews on Bolo saying that the hair they ordered isn’t good, or it’s fake, etc. but the majority of the time the people who leave those bad reviews aren’t taking the necessary steps to keep their hair extensions in a good state and essentially they ruin them. DO YOUR RESEARCH on how to take care of hair extensions. There are a lot of products that have ingredients in them that will ultimately ruin the hair — always use a heat protectant, don’t shampoo the hair too often, use QUALITY oils, keep the hair brushed, don’t use sulfates or anything that has parabens, and sometimes even just the water that comes out of your shower head or faucet can be too hard for extensions (the softer the water you have, the better it is for hair).This company was an absolute dream as well. Let me just speak on the customer service for a second. I chatted with them and they replied almost immediately, the girl (or whoever I was chatting with, not sure if it was a guy or a girl lol) was HELPFUL. I mean she went out of her way for me. They didn’t have the length and color in stock in the warehouse she was located at, so she called a whole different warehouse and got me the right color and the right length that I needed. And the hair came in like 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about them. Seriously! I love the hair I bought & the customer service was top tier. 10/10
