Having decided to stop using sugar, even coconut sugar, in favour of pure, raw honey, which is good for the body, I tried this as it was fairly priced and seemed natural. I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed and this is my go-to brand now. I made a cake with it (I'm gluten-free) and used slightly less honey than the amount of coconut sugar the recipe called for and added a bit more flour (less than 1/4 cup) and the gingerbread cake I made (Medical Medium recipe) came out delicious, high-class bakery quality!

I find it difficult to find honey that doesn’t seem mixed up with cheaper stuff but this one feels real and is rather tasty. It’s slightly crystallised and soft. The taste is also nice, although not distinct. The price is good compared to other offerings. I can recommend it.

Decided to give this a go, changed to a raw diet and this stuff is great. So sweet and love it’s 100% natural, no added nasties.100% worth the purchase and cheaper than shop bought Manuka honey which isn’t as pure.

I swapped sugar for honey years ago but never strayed away from store bought honey as it was cheap, affordable and easy to find and the prices for better, healthier types of honey was always way too expensive for the tiny amount you get. This is without a doubt the best honey I've ever tried, sweet, floral very delicious and very reasonably priced. Smells exactly like it tastes n'all! Nectar!
