    So the item itself is great. Remote failed after 2 days. Bolo policies stopped them assisting with a replacement but they were happy to uplift sometime in 2 business days and refund rather than put me in touch with the supplier!!! Great for the environment 👏 👍 NOTStill a great item, just very disappointed in Bolo's thought process.I shall keep the item to try to prevent lots of trips etc . Don't let Bolo's failures to communicate or provide ACTUAL customer service put you off.It's a good item at a good price.Not too noisy either and a few nice features like wind...it makes a difference:)Quick update...remote started working again!!! Go figure

    The media could not be loaded. Like other reviews, let's be very clear, it's a fan more than it's an ait conditioning unit, that's not to say it's a bad fan, it's actually quite good, moves enough air, has the usual features you'd expect on a modern fan (for some reason my Samsung smart home device manager can see it...). The settings are easy to use, the included remote works well and it seems a good quality fan unit. I was unable to achieve the 55dB quoted on the listing, it seems to operate at 76-77dB on full power and down to around 63-64 on night mode (it does go to 55dB when it turns off.... but that's not right now is it...).The three modes don't really make sense, or at least the nightime one doesn't, the fan turns on, off, speeds up, slows down... goes silent then full power, how are you supposed to sleep during all of this? The night mode on my Philips fan has a set minimum rpm which is whisper quiet and just ticks over on that until the timer reaches zero or it's turned off (how night mode should be imo).The main concern I'd have is legionalla as it's a tank of water that will sit part full and be hot/cold so the ideal place for bacteria to form. Overall, although an OK product I just can't give it better than two stars simp,y because it's not doing what it's advertised to (louder than quoted and isn't an air conditioning unit).

    THis works as a basic fan but it advertises as an air conditioner....... I suppose, in essence it is, it uses water and ice to attemopt to cool the air but it's pretty innefective for this to be fair meaning that it's basically a very large and cumbersome basic fan.Not very impressed to be fair.

    Ventilatore da 20€ fa più freddo poi non sono mai 8L il serbatoio ora lo riempito con soli 3 acque da 1.5L ciascuno quindi il serbatoio e di 4,5L e non di 8L poi ha iniziato a puzzare da dietro dopo qualche giorno di utilizzonon lo consiglio spreco di soldi
