I bought these to replace my coffee for energy and focus. I take 2. 1 in them morning and a bit later in the afternoon before the 3 pm slump. I haven't quite replaced coffee and tea but it helps me focus more, and I'm aware I'm going off task.I would recommend for people with ADHD.Also bought the Cordyceps for energy: It kept me going when I had just 2 gummies on the weekend with less caffeine like matcha green tea. I've yet to try them on their own without a caffeinated drink.

I really like KNOWN supplements and find them so easy to take. However the taste of these are not very nice for myself or anyone else I've got to try them.I accept that the taste of these mean that I won't finish or repurchase and can't speak on their benefits.I'll stick to their lions mane!

I don't swallow these gummies, I slowly suck them to extract maximum flavour. They taste good and no strange aftertaste. (I am unsure why I am asked to rate Easy to Swallow)

These are sweets. Whatever effect they’re supposed to have is totally negated by the amount of sugar. I don’t eat a lot of carbs so get a sugar rush which is followed by a slump. These aren’t for me but perhaps I’m too sensitive.
